Dans ce rôle, le vice-président, Ventes et fidélisation est un membre actif de l’équipe de haute direction, étroitement engagé dans la détermination de l’orientation et des objectifs de l’entreprise, et assurant une adéquation étroite avec l’étendue de ses responsabilités afin que :
- La stratégie opérationnelle de l’entreprise soit définie, mise en œuvre et bien gérée ;
- Il existe un effort constant et structuré d’amélioration continue visant à satisfaire et à dépasser les attentes des clients, ainsi qu’à optimiser les systèmes opérationnels pour répondre aux exigences des clients ;
- Les objectifs de l’entreprises et les cibles de revenus soient atteints grâce à l’élaboration de stratégies de vente et de fidélisation ;
- L’effort opérationnel prenne en compte l’ensemble des ressources humaines, matérielles et technologiques de chaque centre ;
- Le respect des normes légales et éthiques dans toutes les activités de ventes et de fidélisation soit assuré ;
- Les standards de qualité et de performance soient atteints grâce à une équipe motivée et mobilisée dans un environnement virtuel ou de centre d’appels ;
- Les partenariats clients soient solides, harmonieux, constructifs et productifs.

Responsabilités:- Gérer les relations clients avec la haute direction de Bell ;

- Soutenir la stratégie d’affaires en s’assurant que chaque centre s’approprie les activités qui stimulent la performance et la satisfaction des employés ;
- Voir au développement des compétences au sein de l’équipe en déterminant les objectifs individuels et la gestion de la performance ;
- Assurer la cohérence entre les objectifs individuels, les objectifs du centre, l’orientation stratégique de Nordia et les valeurs de l’entreprise ;
- Travailler en collaboration avec tous les départements et s’assurer que les membres de l’équipe collaborent en conséquence ;
- S’assurer que l’équipe applique des processus d’amélioration continue, y compris des stratégies d’engagement de travail à domicile ;
- Identifier les postes critiques et vulnérables au sein de l’équipe et faire les recommandations appropriées ;
- S’assurer que l’équipe utilise tous les outils d’amélioration disponibles tels que les analyses statistiques, les suivis, les revues d’affaires des clients, l’analyse des causes profondes, la résolution de problèmes, l’analyse comparative, le bilan et le travail d’équipe ;
- Fournir un soutien et des outils pour s’assurer que Nordia maintienne son orientation axée sur les gens ;
- S’assurer que l’équipe est préparée aux imprévus pour surmonter des situations extraordinaires.
