RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Stimuler les ventes en concevant et mettant en Å“uvre un plan territorial
- Exécuter des plans stratégiques sur le territoire assigné dans tous les domaines, y compris le planogramme et le placement sur le lieu de vente
- Assister à des salons professionnels de détaillants en qualité de représentant(e) de Clorox
- Représenter Clorox de manière professionnelle et enthousiaste et faire preuve d’initiative en cherchant continuellement des occasions de faire connaître la marque et d’accroître sa part de marché au Canada
- Mettre à jour les présentoirs de vente en magasin
- Tisser des liens avec les détaillants et les clients en communiquant avec eux directement, par oral et par écrit
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des performances en les comparant aux directives assignées, notamment en établissant des rapports sans délai et en veillant à ce que les indicateurs clés de performance soient atteints
- Maintenir une présence très visible en magasin et être une personne-ressource incontournable pour les directeurs régionaux, les directeurs de magasin et les responsables de comptes nationaux dans la région
- Fournir des renseignements sur le marché et analyser les ventes et les indicateurs territoriaux
EXIGENCES DU POSTEÂ :
- Trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans la vente et le marchandisage avec un succès commercial avéré
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière d’établissement de relations, de formation et d’organisation
- Esprit d’équipe, motivation personnelle et proactivité
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et en évolution constante
- Un véhicule fiable est nécessaire, car le candidat ou la candidate devra se rendre dans les magasins, participer à des formations et assister à des salons professionnels.
- Expérience dans le domaine du marchandisage, du commerce ou de la vente au détail
QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES – ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :
- Diplôme d’études supérieures en commerce de détail, en commerce ou en marketing
- Au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience dans la vente/le marchandisage ou dans un domaine connexe
- Une expérience en gestion par catégorie constitue un atout.

We’re looking for a compassionate person to take care of our mom. Someone that has a minimum of 5 years’ experience caring for elderly. Preferably a female who speaks Gujarati, else, English is also good. The hours are full time and the rate of pay is $20/hour. You must be willing to come to our home in Prescott 6 days a week. The job duties are below.
JOB DUTIES
⁃ ~8:30 am - stand outside her door while she’s in the showerMorning Routine - ~9:00 am
⁃ make scramble (1 egg) egg with and toast
⁃ Wash dishes
⁃ Give mom - full glass of water, 1/2 a glass of orange juice - one cup of ginger, cinnamon, clove tea w/lemon
⁃ Give mom her meds
⁃ Wash breakfast dishes⁃ Talk with her, then, walk mom to the living room
Lunch Time - ~12:30
⁃ one mug of Lipton Soup - (don’t use the whole package)
⁃ Make a (carb free) snack - ~2 pm - (I try to convince her to have a small omelette.
⁃ (3 times a week) Cook together - mom likes to cut the veggie - setup a cutting board on the kitchen table with a knife and mom will prep everything. Then, fry with spices - mom will choose the spices. Wash all the dishes, clean the kitchen. Put food in corning-ware.Supper Time- ~4:45
⁃ Give mom full glass of water
⁃ Warm the food in microwave for 1 minute
⁃ Give her medsIn between meals talk with her, arrange appointments, take her for a drive, grocery shop, arrange visits, arrange for repairs, manage her calendar, run errands, clean house, laundry, etc.
Watch mom at all times during the day, don’t leave her alone. Its important to talk with her constantly.
Night Time - ~7:30 pm
⁃ walk mom to her room - she sleeps till 9:00 am the next day - showers then, ready for breakfast.
Full time caregiver – living in Prescott or / Brockville or / Ottawa or / Kingston Ontario.

Position Summary
We are looking for an Agricultural Intern to join us for a 3+ month period, starting in May 2024. This position is based in Grand Falls, New Brunswick as part of our North American Agriculture team.
During your internship, you will have exposure to grower relations, crop monitoring and intelligence, raw product alignment, cost of production, research and applied science and extension activities including agronomy and sustainability, and the general operation of a commercial agriculture department. You will also see firsthand how McCain's potatoes are produced and processed into finished product for our customers.
You will be exposed to McCain manufacturing operations and will have the opportunity to complete a series of in-house training modules that are part of a wider McCain Agriculture training program.
Upon successful completion of the internship as well as completion of a diploma or degree in an agriculture field, you will be a step ahead of other candidates considered for full time employment within McCain Foods LTD.

What You Will Be Working On
As an intern, you will be in a support position at the local office to research and analyze data to improve crop management in the area. Work is planned and conducted under the guidance of the Agronomist and with advice from the Department Manager. Projects may include the following:- Assist in developing research needed to determine best practices for sustainability goals
- Investigate pest/disease management practices in the local area
- Statistical evaluation to identify best practices and data trends
- Track and evaluate potato varieties and their performance in the factory
- Monitor and analyze internal raw product inspection procedures
- Educate local growers on new field production and storage management techniques through written material, field demonstrations, tours, seminars, and workshops
- Promote relations between company and growers through periodic farm and storage visits

What You Need to be Successful- College Junior/Senior or Undergrad majoring in Ag Science, Plant Science, Ag Business, Ag Economics or closely related discipline
- Knowledge of farm practices and vegetable production is desirable but not necessary
- Basic to Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheet, data management and presentation preparations. Statistical computer application would be beneficial
- Communication skills – must be able to speak effectively both to individuals as well as to groups, making short presentations in groups settings, familiar with video conferencing
- Must be able to write routine correspondence and reports to a variety of audiences

Your Contribution
As a Civil Engineering Technologist, you will work in collaboration with the Civil team
Your main responsibilities will be:- Ensure safety protocols are met at all times
- Site Inspection of municipal, transportation and private engineering projects;
- Support Project Engineer/Manager on daily tasks like: preparing proposals, change orders and reports;
- Provide clear and concise reporting to supervisors;
- Concept design, and detailed design of municipal infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D;
- Developing construction project cost estimates ;
- Understand and summarize defined project scope and address required changes;
- Prepare contract documents and construction drawings;
- Survey with Total Station and GPS;
- Execute projects in accordance with company guidelines and standards;
- Provide feedback and innovative ideas;
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
Your Profile- Degree from Civil Engineering Technology diploma of an accredited college
- A combination of education and work experience will be considered;
- Experience in Autocad Civil 3D
