Hello!
My name is Tim,
I'm 20 and currently in college to become a social service community worker, at the time that I'll be looking for families to help I'll be halfway to graduating and plan on working with kids after I graduate, that being said I'm looking to gain more experience during the summer break (April - August) to hopefully have a more descriptive background for when i enter the feild,im a very creative and happy-go-lucky person who wants to be sure that all people around me are having a positive excitement filled day. I have about 6 years of experience working with kids of all ages in private settings and in daycare settings but this will be my first time doing so in my home, the biggest thing is that my number one priority is safety for all,
if there isn't safety there isn't fun. Period
I'm looking to explore different leads and theories for mentally happy,physically active and more hands on childcare practises that i have been learning while in school, this includes child-led learning,
for example children will be learning life skills based on their development phases,
from group cooking (age appropriate) to imagination-based play, fun adventures out to parks/trails/museums/pools etc. Sensory games, crafts and more, Anything is possible as long as it's safe/achievable (within reason)
I gave the name Tiny Paws childcare for the reason that I have a vision to encourage children to have a gentle,caring and curious view on the world and the best way I see this happen is to allow children to explore animals, their care, how to handle them properly, and how they live their lives, I am very cautious with our animals and wont let a child hold/touch an animal if I dont think they have the fine motor skills to do so without harming the animal, that being said I am willing to take steps to get them there!!

(babies and adults, children will get to see the development of baby to adult rats and learn about life development)
(they are in seprate room for thoes who are uncomfortable by them)
-Bearded dragon
-Hermit crabs
-Fish
We use all of these to show different aspects of life, we exsplore where they come from, how they live in the wild and how we try to replicate that in our home.**They are all securely locked/placed in spots where children don't have access to without supervision, we take safety of everyone in the home**
We explore different habitats and visit places that may mimic that environment,this could be at a nearby trail, a pond, at one point id even like to get a zoo trip planned
This is just the basics! We have something for everyone, We take pride in making lesson plans for the week and making sure to always have something new or exsiting planned.

Personnel For My Son
My 14 year old son has ADHD, Mental OCD, Anxiety and an intellectual disability. I require full time support with him during the summer as I work from home and he won’t let me work. He cannot be left alone for long periods of time because he does not make safe choices.
I am looking for Monday to Friday Support from 9am to 5pm. It will pay $550 per week for a full week. This is cash payment. There may be other times as well depending on how things go. I require someone who has experience with special needs and be able to guide him away from his obsession about girls.

We are seeking a support worker / casual staff to cover sickness, appointments, and vacations. Shifts to cover for staff appointments and vacation will be given in advance. Other shifts will be offered via text between the hours of 6 am to 11 am.

Principales responsabilités- Agir comme ambassadeur et ambassadrice de Bell en représentant Bell et veillant à répondre aux attentes de notre clientèle.
- Assurez l'installation et la réparation des services sur les réseaux de fibre optique et de cuivre de Bell.
- Résoudre des problèmes techniques en utilisant vos connaissances, vos outils et les équipements fournis.
- S’entraider et collaborer en équipe en plus de travailler de façon autonome
- Promouvoir des produits et services Bell auprès de nos clients.
- Respecter les politiques de santé et de sécurité en vigueur.
- Permis de conduire valide : détenir un permis de conduire probatoire ou régulier valide (Classe 5). Permis avec la mention international est accepté pour les travailleurs étrangers.
- Disponibilité 40 heures par semaine (jours, soirs et fins de semaine).
- Capacité à s'ajuster aux conditions météo afin de travailler à l’extérieur à l’année.
- Compétences physiques : doit être en mesure de déplacer du matériel d’un maximum de 70 lb. La formation nécessaire sera donnée afin de montrer les techniques permettant de déplacer plus efficacement et facilement les charges.
- Aptitude à travailler en hauteur : être en mesure de monter dans une échelle d’une hauteur maximale de 28 pieds et pouvant soutenir un maximum de 325 lb.
- Programme d'assurances collectives personnalisables comprenant une couverture d'assurance-vie, une assurance invalidité, une assurance de soins dentaires et médicaux (incluant un service de télémédecine), une assurance voyage et bien plus encore, pour vous et les membres de votre famille admissibles.
- Régime à cotisations déterminées (CD) : adhésion automatique après 3 mois de service, 3 % de cotisation de la compagnie de base, en plus d’une cotisation égale à celle de l’employé, pouvant aller jusqu’à 5 %.
- Rabais et avantages : bénéficiez d'un rabais de 35% sur les services Bell, ainsi que de nombreuses autres réductions et avantages.
- Opportunités de formation et de développement de carrière incluant des remboursements d'études allant jusqu'à 1500$ par année. Après un an de service.
- Augmentation salariale régulière : bénéficiez d'une augmentation salariale de 1$ toutes les 1040 heures travaillées, soit environ deux fois par an. Jusqu’à 37,50$/h.
