Good with feet, Easy to haul & trailer , started as a 3 year old, had 5 months of training , then was constantly road until this past summer. Trail rides, checking cattle and lightly started on barrels. Has been sitting ever since. A restart would benefit her. There are almost no holes in this mare’s training. She is just too cool! Not high maintenance.
She was bought for my daughter, and unfortunately she has absolutely lost interest.
Experienced training history:
received 3 months of professional training ( Heart Brand Horses) fall 2021, 2 months in 2022, and was road constantly spring -summer 2023. This well-rounded foundation makes her a promising choice.

5 year old Pony, 2 months of training at 3 yrs old. Is my 9 year olds pony- this pony is NOT for beginners. Dont be sticking your fresh kid on her. She has no mean bone in her body, is exceptionally good for children to handle, but she is a very forward hot little mare, loves to go and cover ground! Ive hopped on her (5’2) and she can pack me around like nothing! She is fast on her feet, likes to move out. She enjoys trails, lives with cows, good in a herd. Can be spooky the first few rides out of the summer, but no buck or bolt/rear. Great with saddling ect A bit of a looky lou at things. Good with feet, tieing and trailering. Kracker is a 16 hand high, 20 year old gelding. He has Navicular syndrome and needs the next step up from pills to keep riding…… I cannot afford it….. but if someone has the money the vet says he can still continue his riding career as a trail horse!!!
He is sweet and gentle. Not for children to ride as he is too sensitive to cues but my kids handle him on the ground all the time. He is easy to catch. Good for farrier. Stands tied patiently, but will also patiently work at untying himself! Loads easy. Over all a very good horse
I don’t want to sell him but thanks to the raising costs of everything I can no longer afford to give him the care he deserves.

Phoenix is a 14 year old unregistered Appendix gelding standing at approximately 16 hands. I have owned him since he was 3, and found myself unable to give him the time he deserves. He will only be going to an approved home as I am in no rush to sell.
Phoenix has all the fundamentals go in the direction of being a good ranch horse, provided he gets more confidence building and exposure to cattle and movement to go into low level dressage or western dressage.
Broke walk trot canter, he has a solid understanding of body control both on the ground and under saddle (leg, forequarter, and hindquarter yields) and has carried this knowledge regardless of what tack he is in or bareback. He is a quick learner and active thinker with his person, and with consistency and a confident handler he would be an excellent partner.
Phoenix has comfortably been ridden out alone or in a group by intermediate and experienced riders and has also been ridden and handled by beginners with supervision. No buck, bolt, or bite! He lines himself up to the mounting block/fence/whatever you’re on for an easy mounting experience and has even been ridden with only a neck rope in a controlled setting when he’s been in consistent work.
He is good for all maintenance, deworming, bodywork and trimming. He has always been kept in a mixed herd and does best living outside year-round. Phoenix has been exposed to a variety of different equipment and small farm animals that we have at our acreage (dogs, cats, ducks & chickens) as well as wildlife.
Phoenix does require some schooling to bring him up to date as I have used him infrequently within the last few years. At present, he can be impatient being tied or stalled and sometimes walks off after the rider mounts, which is easily corrected. With consistent work these behaviors do lessen. He also does not love being sweaty and loves to roll- a behavior which has been easy to correct on long summer rides.
Phoenix is a special horse who has a good amount of work ethic that would best with a confident and experienced handler who can build his confidence (should they want to work livestock) and really allow him the consistency he needs to shine. Well broke 2010 Dun AQHA mare for sale. She was shown in the Manitoba 50/50, and shown in open shows in Saskatchewan. Used in 4-H, has been in a couple jumping clinics, trail rides, been used at the feedlot and as a back up horse in the community pasture this past summer. Nice walk, trot and lope. Pleasure gears and speedier gears when needed. Has flying lead changes and does well thru trail obstacles. Not spooky.
She is not for a timid rider as she is smart and will try to get away with things. She is gritty and likes a job. She will work all day for you without trying to quit you. She enjoys moving and working cows. She has even loped the barrel pattern.
Stands well for blanketing, farrier and bathing. Okay with clippers except for ears. Loads and ties well.
I have torn the ligaments in my knee and can’t ride for awhile. Once I am healed up, it will time to start some younger prospects so she needs to go to a home where she can be used .
Most recent photos are from a horsemanship and cow work clinic in January. She had been turned out since September and caught for the clinic. (Have a couple videos from them too). 14.2 HH.

Guy, is a coming 9 year old gelding, he is very quiet and has seen a little bit of everything. He's been used as a pack horse, drug calves at brandings, ranch rodeoed on, I've used him to start colts, as well as pastor doctoring , both one man and with a pard. He's a go all day kinda gelding and can really run down a fast one but doesn't get hot and bothered doing it, he's a big stopper and just a all around good minded workin gelding, I used him in the feed yard last winter an he really works a cow. He has great feet and is easy to trim or shoe, he’s never been lame for me. I really can’t say enough good about this gelding. He sells on the 27th of April in Billings MT. I’m happy to haul him back to Canada if someone buys him online, come have a look and take him for a ride if interested. Brego is a fun 4 yr old blue roan gelding. He’s a Canadian/QH cross standing at 14.1hh and still growing. Born May 8, 2020, he is sweet, smart, and moves beautifully. He was born here on the farm to my athletic mare, and his sire is a registered Canadian stud. He has NO vices, stands tied for hours, easy to trailer, bathes, and is great to trim, ect. He can lay down, sit and ride bridle-less. Understands legs aids and lead departures. We’ve been enjoying jumping and grid work, he loves to be given a job and adjusts his stride well. He’s done over 3ft and is ready for lots more!
He does good flat work, and would also excel in dressage training, he can be a little behind the leg at times, but also enjoys going fast some days. He’s a chill, uncomplicated horse who loves to learn the next new thing! He’s also been ridden western lots, and can turn off the leg.
Brego was ridden in our annual parade and was calm, he also loves going swimming! Good to trail ride, he’s getting ridden daily at the moment and is in good shape. He’s awesome, and I’m sad to let him go but his younger sister is ready to be started this spring!Will only sell to a steady approved home with some land. He has had beginners ride him, but we’d prefer him to go to an intermediate to advanced rider as he can get bored easily.
Mid pecking order, always been healthy, good strong hooves. He does have a superficial bump on the side of his cheek from getting a cut as a baby.

This beautiful boy's name is Mainstreet, he's around 20 years old and he's a Trakehner. No health issues, little nervous for Ferrier, but with a bit of patience will stand.
I've owned him for about a year now In hopes of training him to be my personal trail horse. During this past year we've done lots of work. But I've come to realise, he may of had some past trauma revolving riding. He can have a saddle, but I can tell he doesn't like it at all. He gets really tense and shows all the signs he doesn't like it.
I'm looking for a suitable home, that could maybe help him through the trauma, so could potentially do liberty work with him, or just have him as a companion horse. He loves attention on the ground and will look for comfort in humans if something is scary, he's never once shown aggression, just a little more nervous, but I'm sure with the proper home he could be a wonderful horse to keep you company.
Not in a rush to sell this sweet boy.

Flash is from the crossing of our Mr. Leo Express daughter and our grandson of Color Me Smart. “Cactus” is a coming 8yr old buckskin mare. Both parents registered but selling as grade as she was never registered. About 15hh. She is up to date on vaccines, deworming and farrier. Cactus has excellent ground manners and ties well. When hauling loads great but just needs to be unclipped before opening divider as she will back out right away. She would be best suited for an intermediate and up rider. She has a solid walk, trot and canter but does need work on picking up the right lead, left is great and lunges great as well. She does the best out on trail/ditch riding. Has been ridden and taken clinics in the arena. A downfall is she will sometimes do a little crow hop and just stop and plant herself when riding but this could be due to saddle fit. Cactus is use to being around dogs, chickens and pigs. She is bottom of the pecking order. She currently hasn’t been rode since last fall and has wintered well. Can be a little tender on her front right leg but is usually good when shoed in the summer. Ridden mainly outdoors for the past two years in pastures, on trails, ditch riding. She rides out alone great, super sure-footed and likes to cover ground quick. Goes Western or English, more go than woah. I have jumped her over cavaletti’s, I think she would make a fun eventer or mountain horse. Previous owners had her lightly loping the barrel pattern, she’s done various clinics and arena work before. She’s a smart ride for someone with experience to take in any direction
Super easy keeper, top of pecking order. Used to cows, goats, kids, chickens, quads etc. She is great with kids who want to pet and love on her but NOT a kids horse. Nice black feet, good for farrier and has been regularly trimmed and dewormed. Teeth last done Oct. 2021
She does have some quirks which I’m happy to go into more detail about with serious buyers. She tends to default to “boss mare” mode and will definitely test boundaries, I have found she responds best to gentle persistence and once you’ve developed trust between you she is less mareish with asks. She has never bolted with me but she has crow hopped and kicked out in the lope. She has never thrown me. There was also a trailer incident last summer during wildfire evacuation unfortunately that has made her difficult to trailer. For these reasons I recommend very confident intermediate/experienced riders only
She and I have learned a lot from each other and if it were possible I would keep her, however I need something suitable for my young kids and there isn’t enough pasture where I board for both.

Have a 15 year old ( I believe) mare for sale. Selling as a companion mare. Selling her as my old mare passed away last summer and she just seems so depressed even though we have other horses.
Has issues with front right hoove/knee. Been told with some supplements/legend injections she could be usable again.
She's well broke to ride as well, easy keeper. Amazing mare and very sad to see her go.

First at the gate. Very quiet demeanor. When I say very quiet.. I mean when I bought this horse he was barely halterboke. I did his back feet without no issues on the 2nd day I had him. I had him trimmed before he was halter broke.
I got him 2 years ago with hope for my future rope horse although my next 2 year goals have changed.
Keep him as a stud or geld him. Either way he's going to have the bone and hip to do any discipline. Lower on the pecking order. Should not mature over 16hh.
Backs out of the trailer. Knows back up verbally. Head tucks to back up. Easy to catch. Has been sat on by a 12yo. Pick up all his feet. Been hard tied. Knows how to lay down. Not flinchey. Been flagged out.
He's at the stage where he needs to be kicked out to May and then get legged up.
I can help with a hauler. He's located North of Fort St John. GST not included.

20 year old mini mare that needs a new home. She isnt breedable and keeps getting passed around, she is nervous but okay with a quiet handler. It took me some time to get her okay with feet and clippers and she is learning to love, I unfortunately dont have room to house her permanently. She likes to be on the pasture left alone would make a great companion. Has never foundered.
