The Perfect Pony
Meet “Koda” a 9 year old varnish roan Appaloosa mare; measured in at approximately 9.3 HH (37.5”) and 330lb.
You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful or suitable pony for children beginning their journey into the equestrian world, therapy work, driving or simply a darling addition to your farm; she is very friendly (always greets us with a whinny), loves attention, is bold and curious and has a very calm nature. For those versed in Parelli, she would be considered a Left Brained Extrovert.
Koda is in great health and has very good hooves, especially for a pony- she’s be consistently trimmed and always been in a dry lot (kept off grass), fed through a slow feeder system and has never had laminitis/founder. For those interested, we have slow motion video showing her heel first landings, at trot, and she has not shown any sensitivity to moving on hard surfaces or gravel.
She has incredible environmental exposure to animals, such as: dogs, cats, poultry, pigs, goats, alpacas, cows, and machinery, such as cars, snow plow and tractors. She’s also been walked out in all weather: pouring rain, snow storms, late nights and not much phases this little cutie.
In terms of training, Koda leads very well: walk, trot, canter in hand. She has played around a lot with liberty this winter in our 6 acre field and will often follow us around like a dog. She has done some ground driving (on a halter)-boldly moves ahead, with almost zero concerns, so she would be a fantastic candidate to train to drive or skijor with. She has also been trained to lunge on verbal commands: woah, walk, trot and canter.
She has been shown in conformation (won her class) years back and has had children on her, while led, but she is not trained under saddle or with a bit, as we do not have small children. She would likely take very well to this, given the appropriate training.
A few other neat things:
•both in her stall and paddock, she poops in one spot!
•she is trained to respond to a whistle, which has actually come in very handy on a few occasions!
•she’s never been ill or bred
•while she is very calm, a few liberty sessions she’s shown us that she can be one very fast little pony
•will walk through puddles
•happy to jump over logs
•no spook with ropes or lines being tangled under foot
•she has pulled cart with kids, with zero concern, while being led
She was last wormed in November. Her teeth are in good repair but, like any horse, should be done prior to beginning training with any bit work.
All-in-all, she’s truly “one in a million” type in both looks and personality!!
Currently she’s become the only equine on the farm and between that and my business really picking up, I’m looking to see if she may find a special home that could provide her appropriate companionship, adore her and give her lots of time and love; She loves to get out and explore!
Only approved homes will be considered and viewings will be vetted accordingly.
If you think you could provide this little darling with an excellent life, reach out :)

Hi. I am looking for a horse 15hh + for trail riding and companionship. I grew up riding and competing in fairs. I took a break after highschool . Would love to get back into what it is I'm missing everyday for the last 10 years. I'm looking for a horse green broke at the least as I have nothing but time and patience to train and grow with them. I'm enrolling in a refresher course/lessons asap. Can give more info upon request . I also have family with experience. As a note I am not planning to compete or race. Want a trail buddy as I've got lots of trails to explore :)
Price range is around 2500$

Thunder will be 6 in June and about 15hh. He’s green broke (w/t/c). He’s been ridden western and English and did well in both. I jumped him one lesson last year and he was very willing. Very easy keeper, was bottom of the herd, and loves attention from humans. He’s fine in a stall, but I have him on 24/7 which he seems to enjoy! Great for trailering, vet, farrier, etc. He’s up to date and had his teeth floated last year as well. He is a more nervous horse when not exposed to things on a regular basis. When he does spook, he recovers quickly and with the right person, is willing to tackle scary things.
Reason for selling is barn is no longer taking boarders and he deserves more than being seen 1-2 times a week.
Videos available upon request. $3000 obo. Would include all tack, blankets, grooming stuff, etc.

Jack is a draft cross, about 13 years old and 15hh. He’s broke (w/t/c). He’s been ridden western and English and did well in both. Was jumped one lesson last year and he was very willing, somewhat clumsy though! Very easy keeper, head of the herd, and loves attention from humans. He prefers 24/7, but can also be stalled. Great for trailering, vet, farrier, etc. He’s up to date and had his teeth floated last year as well. He is a great horse to build confidence on, loves riding in the arena or out on the trails. He is currently barefoot, but was shod in the front last year.
Reason for selling is barn is no longer taking boarders and he deserves more than being seen 1-2 times a week.
Videos available upon request. $3000 obo. Would include all tack, blankets, grooming stuff, etc.

M7 Horsemanship recognizes that selling a horse can take lot of work and resources, and sometimes, those aren't always available to you! Therefore, in order to assist in the re-homing process, 'At-Home Consignment' services are now being offered.
In comparison to typical consignment sales, where the horse is sold while in training, at-home consignments don’t require the horse to leave the owner’s property. Rather, M7 Horsemanship takes complete care of the marketing, advertising, and buyer-communication process. Therefore, no additional training fees are incurred, leaving only one requirement to the owner: showing the horse to the potential buyers arranged for them!
M7 Horsemanship is operated by a current Marketing Major and strives to produce quality, honest, and carefully constructed ads that attract the right buyers for your horse. All equines are advertised through a variety of mediums to gain the most outreach, and furthermore, all customer questions are directed to M7 — the only time you’ll hear from me is to arrange a viewing with an interested party!
The advertising fee for At-Home Consignment Services is $275.

Do you need someone to help break your project horse? Having troubles with ground work or manners? Want to bombproof your horse? Want to learn how to ride or have kids that want to learn? Ex-race horse with bad habits(cribbing, can't touch their ears, etc.)?
I come to you, and will help with all your horsemanship needs. I cover all the basics and can help you build a better bond with your horse. Nervous in the saddle and want someone to give you simple pointers to encourage you, I'm here. Have an accident and scared to get back in the saddle, I can help. I'm looking to help any fellow equestrians in need. I focus on you and your horse, I want to help build that strong bond between horse and rider.
My name is Amber. I have been riding for over 10 years and have trained with multiple instructors (English and western), jumping coaches and a professional dressage trainer. I volunteered for a horse camp for several years, and have owned my own horses so I have lots of experience on working with multiple different horses. I have dealt with multiple personalities like a spunky 4 year old green mare, multiple ex-racers being standardbreds and thoroughbreds (pictured is my pervious horse an ex-pacer standardbred gelding Whiskey), moody mares and sweet geldings, anxious rescues, and many others. I do both western or English. If your switching disciplines I can help, or even bareback for that closer bond with your horse.
Let me know what your looking for and I'll get back to you as soon as I can :)
My rates (rates vary for gas expenses):
Hour or less from Woodstock- $20/hr
Currently running 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, if you have any questions feel free to message me anytime.
Covid-19 protocalls? Ask for details, or let me know what your farm rules are. I look forward to working with you and your horse friends :)

Horse must be sound of wind and limb as my daughter has plans to ride 80km in one day (eventually!). Willing to travel for right horse.

Looking to add some colour to your breeding program?
Offering this well put together mare that unfortunately sustained an injury that causes her to not be riding sound. With time and some chiropractic work she very well may come sound again. Please message me for full disclosure on the injury.
Otherwise, “Bianca” has around 45 rides. 15 of those being ranch ridden. Was coming along great. And if someone wanted to put the time into her healing process I don’t think it would take much to get her going again.
But for now, get some little coloured babies out of her! She has a good mind and a sweet disposition. Stands approximately 14.3hh.
Asking $3500 obo. Located in Williams Lake, BC. Please message me for any further details.

Considering rehoming my beautiful Dutch WB mare, 2005 model, double bred Voltaire. Puppydog friendly, broke to ride for a confident intermediate to experienced rider. I believe she would be better used and appreciated by someone who is involved in the breed, since she is obviously not bred to be a cow horse like we need lol. Can be buddy sour, and not a fan of taking the bit (seems someone wasn’t careful with her teeth and a bit beforehand) but if you just relax and keep your hand with the bit at her muzzle, and not just try to jam it into her mouth, she quits trying to avoid it and takes it no problem. She’s pushy and lead mare but lovessss people. Easy to catch, but if she’s not, grain (or anything yummy) makes her easy to catch.
Asking $5500 or (preferably) trade for a couple APHA or AQHA mares for breeding.

This sweet boy is up for sale through no fault of his own. He loves to ride and has ALLOT of energy for an 18 year old. I'm a very new beginner rider and he's never caused any problems for me other than having allot more go than I do. He does paw the ground if bored from being tied but I'm sure that can be corrected. I've left him for a month at a time and he hasn't changed manners or anything so he'll be alright for a lighter rider. He does need shoes when there isn't snow on the ground and recently had his feet trimmed. Before I got him a few years ago he was a children's lesson horse so he could be brought back to that maybe. He's a huge boy at 16.2 hands (might be 17.2 I can't remember from when I got him) he has had allot of training go into him in his past and shows interest in cattle as well. Only selling as my car broke down and I met a new one for work and don't have any way to get the money. Please message if interested! $4000 obo without tack, $4500 obo with tack

Lovely mare suitable for all types of riding . 15.1hh, coming 17 years old this year . Moxi was a competitive trail horse for many years. She’s goes up, down, and through anything . She hacks out alone, or in a group. She can be hauled out anywhere and is the same horse no matter what. She loves to work and is happy to work daily but really you can leave her for any length of time and then just hop on and ride off. She’s sat for two years before I got her and she just went off as if she has been ridden daily .
Moxi goes English, western, and bareback. At some point in her younger life she was also broke to drive but this has been many years since .
Perfect for a rider with some experience as she likes to move out on the trail. She’s never uncontrollable, but her energy might intimidate a new rider . But someone looking for that fun safe horse that you will never get hurt on would enjoy her so much . She’s safe as the day is long with ZERO BUCK, almost no spook. She’s really quiet in the arena and suitable for all levels of riders in a confined area. However she wouldn’t be happy plodding around the arena unless someone else in the family was going to get on and go for a fun trail ride often too.
Moxi is friendly with no vices and is 100 percent sound. She gets fat on air so can’t be out on pasture 24/7 as a precaution. This is the way of the Morgan though !
Don’t have enough space to say all of the good things about her . I have videos that I can txt . Covid has forced us to downsize our animals , otherwise Moxi wouldn’t be leaving our property ever. Looking for a loving, forever home for her . Price is firm. Delivery is possible . Located in Golden.

Rowdy is a beautiful, well put together Arabian colt that we rescued with his extremely emaciated momma in the fall time. He will be a year old in June.
He has been weaned , He is learning to be friendly with people and is started halter training and being scratched and touched all over.
Rowdy is a beautiful mover and is very athletic . He would make an awesome little jumper or all around mount. Looking for a long term, as close to forever as possible home for him that will love him and care for him as much as we do.
Located in Golden at Lemon Acres Rescue and Sanctuary . Feel free to txt for more info. 250 272 6977

Lovely appy cross senior mare ( early 20’s is an educated guess).
Oma was rescued from the meat pen and has come a long way in her recovery. She is friendly, loves people, great with children. She is extremely meek and worries about other horses so she would like a social older horse that doesn’t like to really run and play, Right now she’s a baby sitter to our babies and she’s perfect for the job, as she loves to share her food with them and is always gentle. I think she would also do well with her own paddock , but she wouldn’t be happy as the only horse on the property . She is extremely gentle with sheep and goats, doesn’t mind dogs in her space .
Oma is very well broke to ride, but is only suitable for very light riding as she has mild heaves. She is a perfect lead line babysitter for little kids to walk around on. She would excel as a therapy horse.
Oma is one of our absolute favourites , and if her perfect unicorn family doesn’t come along, she will continue to live here . She’s extremely special and deserves a happy, consistent life for the rest of her years. Feel free to call to discuss . 250 272 6977

3 years old , 15.3hh , draft cross (grade) gelding. Is going to mature well over 16hh.
100% sound with great feet.Teeth floated , wolf feet pulled , vaccinated , and dewormed.
Lightly started under saddle. Going walk/trot/canter in the round pen. Has been sat on English , western, and bareback. Lots of groundwork , has been ground driven as well. Once he bonds with you he will do anything you want.
CONS: he has a bit of “stranger danger” and takes time to warm up to new people. This means I can handle his feet no problem , but he’s decided to be terrified of my farrier touching his feet. Needs to have someone he trusts under him. Does NOT kick, just scoots away.
Can be sensitive and stubborn about having the top of his head/ears touched so needs work on this. He can be bridled but it can be difficult at times. Decided he wasn’t having a PPE done when the vet stuck a thermometer in his bum lol.Priced well below value due to him needing some work :)
$3500 FIRM for quick sale.

Here is a special pony but before you ask he is NOT for beginners!
The good: He has great ground manners with all ages and will stand for hours to be brushed! Good solid feet, never been shod, good for the farrier. Good to catch and trailers nicely. Has been used as a babysitter horse for younger horses and does an excellent job, teaches the youngsters respect without beating on them. When consistent under saddle he is fearless and will go over and through just about anything - rock beds, mountain cliffs, rivers, bush wacking etc. Soft mouth.
The Bad: he is nervous about riders and even people in general that he does not know, with consistent work he goes great but even at 14 he is not the type of horse you can just jump on after a month off and go. I do not think I would ever consider him a beginners mount, he is too nervous. He does get eaten by bugs in the summer! He is definitely our magnet and we have been working on improving his immune to combat this. Highly recommend a fly sheet and lots of bug spray to get him through along with some supplements DAILY. He will rub his mane and tale constantly to battle this if you do not help him.
PLEASE NOTE: He has not been rode since November and I will NOT allow anyone to just come out and jump on him. We have a round pen and I can show you how he handles on a lunge. We will be working with him until sold and there may be a possibility of someone riding him but only if I feel like he is ready.
The only reason that we are selling his is that we need to downsize and I am focusing on finding my 12 year old a horse he can ride.
