Large 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on 3 acres. Rental includes utilities, internet, cable in your room if desired (bring your own TV) and ample parking for multiple vehicles if needed. Shared laundry on main floor. You'd have the main floor bathroom, so we would use it from time to time along with any guests. (We rarely have guests over.) Working people only. We ask that you provide 2 rental references and some proof of income through employment. House has electric heat and a wood stove. You will have the whole top floor, which has 2 bedrooms. One is rather small and would be better for just storage or a small 'living room' area, though we have a large living room so you are welcome to use it! Larger bedroom is a long one with vaulted ceilings, it has a dresser, side table and bed. Feel free to use all/some of our furniture and/or bring your own. You may use all of our dishes/pots and pans or bring your own and we can give you your own cupboards. The kitchen is quite large and you'll find there is plenty of room to share it. (We will give you your own cupboards for food as well) We like to do family dinners and you will be invited to join us at the table to eat from time to time. You will have your own minifridge for your room, plus the use of our fridge in the kitchen and the deepfreeze in the basement. 2 entrances to the house, one right below what would be your staircase. Side entrance has a small covered deck plus we have a large one great for suntanning with access through the living room. My husband and I have the main floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. I am 28 years old, and I run tow trucks part time, along with doing landscaping for the property owner + any other work I can pick up. My husband works for a local roofing company, and is 36 years old. Our mum used to drive semi trucks and work in the oilfield, now she works at Walmart. She has the basement bedroom and her own bathroom. We all get along well with all ages and types of people!
We have 1 large older doggo (Molly) she is 13 years old, friendly with all people but does not always get along well with other dogs. If you have a dog, we'd have to have them meet and see if they get along. We also have 3 pygmy goats. (Not in the house!)
