Only 5 minutes right off the highway, so close enough to get in your car and go where needed, but far enough to still enjoy the peace and tranquility that is the country.
It's about a 90 minute drive on the highway from the city area, but lots of people do commute from around here, so you may be able to carpool/rideshare. This isn't for everyone, but is a great opportunity for the right person to start fresh, as there are lots of jobs down here as well!
