This is a summer lease transfer from the period of May 1 to Aug 31st.
I am moving out in the next few days and I am urgently looking for serious inquiries, someone who is looking for an apartment ASAP. The rent is 1425 per month, BUT I will e-transfer you $1700 after you sign the lease, so it should only cost you $1000 per month ($425 discount basically).
