Looking for someone who: enjoys keeping the house clean and organized, likes a quiet house, and doesn’t party. Some who prefers to socialize outside of the house, on most occasions. Female only as my dog is fairly scared of men. Someone similar in age (mid 20s to early 30s) would be ideal. Someone who, ideally, doesn’t have much furniture- with the exception of the bedroom. Someone with a similar routine is VITAL. I get up at 5-5:30 and go to bed at 8:30. 420 friendly.
About me: I enjoy thrift shopping, yoga, triathlons, hiking and going on road trips. I go to bed early and get up pretty early to train (5:00-5:30 am), so a similar schedule is extremely important. I do train in the garage most mornings, as my bike is set up in there. The house is NOT sound proof so you would need to be a morning person and someone who goes to bed early. I am very quiet and enjoy spending time at home, peacefully. I often have records playing and incense burning. I meditate at night so quiet at night is important.
When inquiring please include information such as: length of stay, reason for moving, job information, relevant information about yourself etc. Move in can be anytime. The most important thing to me is compatibility. I will NOT respond to ‘interested’. Please include relevant information.
Rent would be month to month to ensure that we get along. You would not be on the lease. This is perfect for seasonal workers, cellar hands etc.
