We do have two kids and two dogs, it's a lively place during daytime hours so someone with a reasonable or predictable schedule is optimal. We don't want to be bothering you if you try to sleep during the day and we don't really want you bothering us at night so someone with a working day schedule or a predictable sleep schedule would be best.
We are also open to making deals with people who are good with children and housework for decreased rent or extra benefits such as free rides or dinners.
