St. Joseph Lake is a navigable lake (licensed motor boat) and you can rent motorized boats. You can update your personal water craft but make sure to have your permit from the city. Le lac Saint-Joseph est un Lac navigable (bateau moteur autorisé) et vous pourrez faire la location d'embarcations motorisées. Vous pouvez mettre à l'eau votre embarcation personnelle mais assurez-vous d'avoir votre permis délivré par la ville.
Un quai privé en face du chalet est mis à votre disposition pour amarrer votre bateau.
Pour la baignade, il y a une belle petite plage. Le chalet est muni d'un système de climatisation-chauffage centrale donc, été comme hiver, la température sera idéale.

Welcome to our Four Season Lakefront Cottage in Matlock, located a short 45 minute drive from the city of Winnipeg on the scenic shore of Lake Winnipeg. This all season cottage is perfect for a family vacation, couples trip, or fishing adventure!

A 2 bedroom lakefront cottage with a 3 season gazebo facing Lake Winnipeg, a perfect place to watch the sunrise.
The open concept living area has 2 large couches, a 55 inch TV with Bell Satellite, and wood fireplace. The kitchen has a seating area, full fridge and stove. It is stocked with dishes, cutlery and cookware. There is a microwave, toaster and regular coffee pot. The gazebo opens from the living room where you will find another seating area.
2 spacious bedrooms can accommodate a total of 6 people with a queen bed in the master and a queen bed and one twin bunk bed in the other bedroom. A full surround stand up shower highlights a full bathroom with a vanity and toilet.
There is a deck out back with a propane BBQ which is available for your use. There is a firepit area near the shore rocks as well. We have lawn chairs in the veranda that can be used by the fire. We supply one propane tank and fire wood.
