Hotel Casa Guadalupe in Tulum is tucked away in the secure La Valeta neighbourhood. Its location is second to none in the area. There’s world class dining options, atm, pharmacy and much more within a few minutes on foot. The area is full of boutique hotels but ours is one of few with a pool that spans wider than most city lots (approx 40’x20’). Our common garden courtyard area is full of palms and has several Palapas for your morning coffee by the pool.
Tulum is central to countless Cenotes and the beach is only a short 5 min drive to the hotel district with access via several restaurants. There’s excellent wifi, drinking water, and the whole place is gated for added security.
Tulum is different than Cancun or Playa Del Carmen in that the beach is part of the National Park and all of the beach front properties are Ejido Land (similar to reserve land). For this reason the hotels in this district charge exhorbitant prices to account for their leases (as opposed to fee simple ownership) - usually around $1000/night.
The units have everything you can expect. There are 12 units in the complex - perfect for groups or family gatherings. The place is ultra clean and in good order with our on site maintenance staff Oswaldo and his wife Leydi.
On booking we will share some travel tips to make the most of experiencing Tulum outside of the all inclusive world.
Tulum has a brand new airport but most fly to Cancun and cab it.

Welcome to Shorecrest Cabin! This cabin sits 5 minutes away from the town of Lac du Bonnet! Come enjoy Manitobas 4 season play ground! Situated on 13 acres, to truly make this a secluded getaway! Spend a relaxing weekend here in the winter, plenty of outdoor activities to do such as snowshoeing, hiking, cross county skiing. Come and see what you can catch right outside the cabin, ice fishing equipment and shack available for rent. Snowmobile trails are also right out front, large driveway makes it very easy to park a trailer. We are also booking to into the Summer 2024 season! Enjoy the stunning sunsets from the dock, fish, avoid the bugs in the gazebo, sit around the fire with wood supplied or play games in the yard! Our cabin sleeps 8 comfortably and is pet friendly! Close to many golf courses, the Pinawa dam, go for a tube right down the channel, hiking trails, biking trails and too many activities to list!

Sask owner with vacation property in Tulum. I prefer to deal with Canadians and offer better rates. Also no fees etc when booking direct as opposed to other platforms. It’s a great place to put the wind back in your sails.
Hotel Casa Guadalupe in Tulum is tucked away in the secure La Valeta neighbourhood. Its location is second to none in the area. There’s world class dining options, atm, pharmacy and much more within a few minutes on foot. The area is full of boutique hotels but ours is one of few with a pool that spans wider than most city lots (approx 40’x20’). Our common garden courtyard area is full of palms and has several Palapas for your morning coffee by the pool.
Tulum is central to countless Cenotes and the beach is only a short 5 min drive to the hotel district with access via several restaurants. There’s excellent wifi, drinking water, and the whole place is gated for added security.
Tulum is different than Cancun or Playa Del Carmen in that the beach is part of the National Park and all of the beach front properties are Ejido Land (similar to reserve land). For this reason the hotels in this district charge exhorbitant prices to account for their leases (as opposed to fee simple ownership) - usually around $1000/night.
The units have everything you can expect. There are 12 units in the complex - perfect for groups or family gatherings. The place is ultra clean and in good order with our on site maintenance staff Oswaldo and his wife Leydi.
On booking we will share some travel tips to make the most of experiencing Tulum outside of the all inclusive world.
Tulum has a brand new airport but most fly to Cancun and cab it.

$1500/week + hst, which includes all fees. Daily rates are $275 per weeknight +HST (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and $375 per weekend night + HST (Friday, Saturday). The Villa itself, set amid picturesque landscaping, and within a stone's throw of the lake is a spacious, elegantly appointed home-away-from-home, containing every comfort and luxury to make your stay absolutely perfect. the Great Room is graced With a 15 ' cathedral ceiling and a floor-to-ceiling natural stone working fireplace that vies for attention with the huge picture windows that overlook the lake. Elegant, but comfortable sofas and chairs surround the fireplace and also provide seating for viewing a large HD TV and DVD player. When needed, the sofa can be opened into a comfortable queen size bed. There is a charming separate den on the main floor that contains another pull-out couch, an en-suite bathroom and another TV. A spacious laundry/storage room makes it easy and convenient to keep things in order. And an additional beautiful bathroom services the public areas of the main floor.
In the dining area, the large heavy wooden dining table lends a country flavour to the thoroughly modern hi-tech kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Ample dishes, glassware and cooking utensils are all included.
A double-glass door leads you from the dining room to the Muskokan room, with more comfortable seating to facilitate entertaining and warm and wonderful conversation. From this room, as well as directly from the dining room, you can exit onto the erap-around porch that houses the man-size barbeque that awaits your sizzling steaks.
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, another working fireplace, and another large HD TV. Double doors lead to your oversize deck where you can relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture while watching the sun set Into the lake.
