I purchased this lovely home in December 2023, since that time, I have a property manager that has furnished the house and planted over 50 trees all around the fenced in yard . I had surgery in January and cannot travel for months.

RCI – is a point’s based system where you receive 10,000 points annually and can purchase as many points as you want for $0.02 per point. RCI is the biggest exchange system (timeshare) in the world, they have 4,000 resorts worldwide and you can book them using your points. The nice thing about points is that you are not limited to only booking a week; you can book individual days all the way up to 21 nights for one transaction fee. You can log onto their system at www.rci.com or call them at 1-877-968-7476.
7Across – is another exchange system, however they trade a week for a week. How you would do that is book a week through RCI at Paradise Canyon (recommend November week). Now that you own a physical week at your home resort you can trade it with 7Across and they give you a week that can be booked anytime of the year and is good for 3 years. Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach. Simply unlock the gate and the beach is there. We've successfully run Short-Term-Vacation rentals (through VRBO (#498103), AirBnB and privately) for all years of our ownership. If you are looking to offset home ownership costs, we have a good history, 5-star reviews and repeat vacationers.
There is tremendous value in being able to buy a turn-key rental property complete with a trustworthy property manager. You can continue to operate a rental business and/or use personally.

There are 2 Master suites with private baths and a 3rd room with 2 twin beds and adjacent bath. Master #1 features a California King bed, 55" LED TV with DVR and a very large master bath with separate jacuzzi tub and shower. Master #2 features a queen bed with cable TV and an ensuite with shower. The Family/Living area features a 55" 4K LED TV with surround sound. The home has wireless internet throughout and is able to accommodate unlimited devices through the 50Mbps connection.
The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of pots & pans, kitchen knives and many other items including Blender, rice cooker, skillet etc.
The outside area features a salt water Spa and Pool, LED in spa/pool lighting, dolphin fountain and plenty of space to soak up the Sun.
There is a built in natural gas (no need to refill tanks) American Outdoor Grill with Broiling Back-burner and rotisserie and a single side burner.
The outside patio set can comfortably seat 6 for outdoor eating and there is a sun umbrella that can be used both at the eating area or in the pool to provide some shade on those hot sunny days.
If you feel like socializing the Club fitness Center and community pool are just minutes away and still located within the gates of Indian Springs Country Club.

Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach.
