Rent our oceanfront one-bedroom suite at Paki Maui Villas from March 26 to April 16, 2025 for just $7,140 CAD (about $5040 USD) all-in! Only $340 CAD (about $240 USD) per night for all 21 nights!
(Cleaning costs and other typical additional rental charges are all included and paid through our own condo fees. We are not in the condo rental business and only seek to cover our costs related the unit.)
Paki Maui is located in the village of Honokowai, just north of Kaanapali Beach. Honokowai Beach Park is next door. The Beach Park is quite nice, especially if you have children. The reef close to the shore creates warm tidal pools during low tide periods, where even the little ones are safe from the ocean waves.
Just across the street from the Beach Park there is a small grocery store that hosts a very popular local farmers’ market, a coffee shop, a souvenir shop, and a beach and surf rental store. Across the street from Paki Maui there is a fish market (we love their fish burgers).
There is a larger grocery store (Times Market) you can walk to just up the road, toward Kaanapali. The same shopping centre has a restaurant (Java Jazz) with live music that we enjoy. And we often walk to Kaanapali Beach and stroll down the boardwalk in front of the nice hotels, or go to Dukes for dinner or brunch.
The Safeway at the north end of Lahaina is just a short drive away.
Kapalua Beach and D T Fleming Beach are short drives to the north. Kapalua is great for snorkelling, and DT Fleming has great waves for boogie boarding. We also love to walk the Kapalua Coastal Trail, from Kapalua to DT Fleming, with its great views from cliffs and lava flows.
Paki Maui has free parking for owners and their guests (you would be our guests), you would just need to register at the front desk, tell them you are staying in 107, and they will give you a pass for the duration of the stay. However, that is the only service they provide to owners and their guests. If you have any issue, you would need to contact our own manager (contact information will be in a binder in the suite).
Paki Maui is a pretty basic type of place, but we find the building and location very nice (this unit has been enjoyed by our family members for the past 40 years). There is a lawn with palm trees in front, and a small sandy area in front of the sea wall.
There are 2 lava reefs that protect the shore area in front from big waves. We walk over the first reef (water shoes recommended) and swim or snorkel between the two reefs in up to about 7 feet of water (at high tide), safe from being swept away by the large waves and riptides that you can get at the larger (albeit nicer) beaches like Kaanapali or DT Fleming. Sea turtles often swim by, feeding by the closer reef.
The best thing about Paki Maui from our perspective is the view from the ocean-front suites like ours. We love to sit on our balcony (lanai) and watch the whales breaching and the beautiful sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai.
Suite 107 is on the first floor, the fourth suite from the north end of the building. While it is called the first floor, it is actually raised up off the ground. We like the first floor as we don’t need to walk to the elevators in the centre of the building.
Our suite has a full kitchen, and we buy our own groceries and cook and eat most of our meals in our unit. The bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower (no tub). The living area has a reasonably comfortable sofa-bed, so the unit can sleep 4. There is a nice large-screen TV with cable channels and free internet. There is also a smaller TV in the bedroom.

A beautiful resort, split into 4 separate areas, you can use all the amenities in all sections of the resort. Inquire and I might be able to get you one for the River Island Village, East Village, West Village & North Village depending on availability. We have other units listed for Friday check in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units and in other sections of the resort for other dates. There is a fee for golf and tube rental on the lazy river and some other activities for children
We have owned here since 1986. It is our favorite resort, it touches on Disney property. There is a shuttle around the resort and to the grocery store, but a car is recommended.
There are 2 - 18 hole golf courses and 2 - 9 hole courses. 1 is lit at night.
There are 9 restaurants and a grocery store on the property and there is Mall across the street from the resort for anything else that you might need. We do not leave the resort very often as there is so much to do at the resort and they offer most everything that you might need.
The air-conditioned villas at the Orange Lake Resort - are spacious and comfortable, the perfect retreat after a long day of activity. These colorful and airy villas feature amenities such as full or partial kitchens, a dining room and living room area, and a satellite TV with DVD player. Every villa is also furnished with a patio or balcony, many of which overlook the golf course. Welcome pack info below Check in The front gate is guarded. They will direct you to the check in location. At check in they will need proof of identification. You will need to show something like a drivers license or passport. They will also want a credit card because purchases can be charged to your room. If you do not make any purchases there will be no extra charge at Check out. FIREWORKS from Disney can be viewed form some units. We always stop and ask to see our bill to ensure there are no unauthorized purchases. We have never had a problem, but just to be safe.
Directions The resort is on highway 192 also called Irlo Bronson memorial Highway. You can see part of 1 of the 4 golf courses from the 192. If you are coming from the airport or I4 from Daytona Beach direction, pass under the 429 Toll road and you will see the golf course and the main entrance. If coming from the Tampa direction, we recommend exiting on 27 north at Haines City and then turn right on the 192. Once on 192 Orange Lake is 3,5 miles on the left. Parking They will issue you parking passes for all vehicles at the front desk.

A beautiful resort, split into 4 separate areas, you can use all the amenities in all sections of the resort. Inquire and I might be able to get you one for the River Island Village, East Village, West Village & North Village depending on availability. We have other units listed for Friday check in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units and in other sections of the resort for other dates. There is a fee for golf and tube rental on the lazy river and some other activities for children
We have owned here since 1986. It is our favorite resort, it touches on Disney property. There is a shuttle around the resort and to the grocery store, but a car is recommended.
There are 2 - 18 hole golf courses and 2 - 9 hole courses. 1 is lit at night.
There are 9 restaurants and a grocery store on the property and there is Mall across the street from the resort for anything else that you might need. We do not leave the resort very often as there is so much to do at the resort and they offer most everything that you might need.
The air-conditioned villas at the Orange Lake Resort - are spacious and comfortable, the perfect retreat after a long day of activity. These colorful and airy villas feature amenities such as full or partial kitchens, a dining room and living room area, and a satellite TV with DVD player. Every villa is also furnished with a patio or balcony, many of which overlook the golf course. Welcome pack info below Check in The front gate is guarded. They will direct you to the check in location. At check in they will need proof of identification. You will need to show something like a drivers license or passport. They will also want a credit card because purchases can be charged to your room. If you do not make any purchases there will be no extra charge at Check out. FIREWORKS from Disney can be viewed form some units. We always stop and ask to see our bill to ensure there are no unauthorized purchases. We have never had a problem, but just to be safe.
Directions The resort is on highway 192 also called Irlo Bronson memorial Highway. You can see part of 1 of the 4 golf courses from the 192. If you are coming from the airport or I4 from Daytona Beach direction, pass under the 429 Toll road and you will see the golf course and the main entrance. If coming from the Tampa direction, we recommend exiting on 27 north at Haines City and then turn right on the 192. Once on 192 Orange Lake is 3,5 miles on the left. Parking They will issue you parking passes for all vehicles at the front desk.

Located in Zephyrhills Florida in Southern Charm RV Resort. Tampa Bay is 20 minutes away and Orlando is 45 minutes away. Resort has a pool, hot tub, pickle ball, pool table room, work out room. Trailer is very clean and newly renovated except one bedroom. We are hoping to complete this room this year. Fully furnished with everything you need. We are looking for a 4 month rental term but will consider 3. A deposit is required to hold and the rest payable before your arrival. $2200 per month payable in U.S. funds that includes hydro and water if taking for 3 months. Internet and cable is extra. Second bedroom, offers 2 comfortable twin beds, 32 inch wall mounted LCD TV extra linens, blankets, hangers and a bathroom with abundant towels.The spacious living room features a 48 inch LCD TV for all your TV needs, as well as games, books and puzzles for your entertainment. Comfortable sofas and cozy cushions make this a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. Convenient furnished screened lanai is right through the sliding patio door from which you can enjoy a view of the lush grounds to the nearby pool.
In the exceptionally well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar you will find everything you need. Well stocked with pots and pans, many kitchen utensils, and various small appliances. Also a formal dining area with a 6 person dining room table for meals at home in this wonderful condo.
For your enjoyment there are many items provided: high chair, pack 'n play, raincoats, umbrellas, beach toys and floatie, beach towels, caps, noodles, folding chairs, etc. Laundry facilities on site. There is also a variety of information on nearby destinations, golf courses, and local restaurants.

Beaucoup à faire dans notre coin, nous sommes près de la Nasa, Universal studios, et le port de croisière et ses restos sont à moins de 2 km. Cocoa beach est à côté, avec son célèbre PIER et magasin de surf Ron Jon, une multitude de restaurants, magasins, golf miniature et bien plus encore. Ce condo est entièrement rénové , est sur deux étages , avec 2 chambres ( une avec lit queen , PLUS LIT SUPERPOSÉ) et deux salle de bain adjacente
La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée, avec tout les appareils moderne.
Nous fournissons une console WII, jeux, et une bibliothèque de film DVD anglais et français , 3 Télévisions, et un bureau de travail.
La literie est de haute qualité, matelas neuf ( pillow top ), et les équipements de cuisine sont nombreux et récents :
