We are in a gated community in beautiful Palm Springs. Our community has 6 heated pools and 6 hot tubs available for your use, all of which are maintained on a daily basis. There are 3 tennis courts, pickle ball, and outdoor shuffleboard courts. The mature, landscaped grounds are well kept, and are inviting for leisurely walks around the community.
We are a block away from the Palm Springs Tourist Office, 5 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, and 9 minutes from the Tramway at the base of Mt. San Jacinto - one of Palm Springs premiere attractions. There are numerous hiking trails on the mountain and throughout the canyons around Palm Springs. If you enjoy golf, there are over 100 golf courses in the area, complemented by 350 days of sunshine! If you love to shop be sure to head down to the Cabazon Desert Outlet Mall - a huge collection of designer stores 20 minutes drive from Palm Springs. In addition, there is a plethora of music, film, food, and art festivals throughout the year including the world famous Coachella Music Festival held for two weekends every April.

For those who are considering taking advantage of our special summer rate, we have taken many family vacations to the area during the summer months and so have a few suggestions on how to make the most of it. Palm Springs is "desert hot" in the summer. That's for certain. However, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers summer passes, where you can escape the summer heat at the top of the mountain. This is a good thing! The Summer Pass is available from May 1st, 2024 - $85.00 Adults & Seniors (65+) and $45.00 Children (ages 3-10). The tramway is literally down the street from our condo complex. So, first thing in the morning, we pack cherries and pistachios, then head up the mountain to take advantage of the scenic hiking trails and the amenities offered - including restaurants, maps, a store, a ranger station and such. In the afternoon, we might go for a refreshing swim, take in a movie or treat ourselves to a massage. Evenings are beautiful! Time for an evening stroll to discover what this town has to offer. That includes numerous gourmet patio restaurants and events such as "Village Fest" - a popular street fair held every Thursday night. For those that like to golf, we suggest an early morning start. Keep in mind that Palm Springs is within a two hour drive of Anaheim, Los Angeles (Hollywood), and San Diego. Las Vegas and Phoenix are four hours away. Or consider a day trip to Idyllwild, a beautiful mountain village within an hour's drive. When visiting Palm Springs during the summer we often opt for a short side vacation (3-5 days) to the coast to comfortably enjoy exciting attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, Lego Land, and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Our Palm Springs Condo would make an excellent home base to explore the area.

Wyndham time share for sale!
This fully owned, never expires Time Share is multifaceted. You can spend your DEEDED week in Las Vegas or exchange it with RCI and choose to stay somewhere else in Canada, the US or anywhere in the world. Our Timeshare/ownership has two bonus weeks annualy and certain accumulated points at Wyndham Grand Desert Resort Las Vegas and RCI. Every year you have rights on 64000 Wyndham points. For your desirable vacation you can either use bonus weeks or points. If you use the points, you can combine them with additional 64000 points from the next year in exchange for receiving one or more extra weeks of stay in any part of the world. Time share is completely paid out, the only expanse that is mandatory to pay is the maintenance fee which is USD 33.25 monthly. We have travelled to Disneyland, Hawaii, Vancouver, Ontario, Europe for a week or more. In addition if you do not spend Wyndham points, you can transfer those points to RCI and keep them available for two or more years. Currently we have 192000 points available with RCI and 128000 points available with Wyndham.

We LOVED being at Breezy Oak Villa! We all said (perhaps daily) that we were so lucky to be staying in a home, not a hotel. We had privacy, we didn't have to shush the kids, they could have as much noisy fun as they liked! A real kitchen allowed us to share meals together, enjoy quiet time after the crowds at the parks, get work done as needed, and travel lightly, since we could wash our clothes. The privacy of the pool was wonderful, loved that we were not overlooked. Having such a great amenity all to ourselves was lovely, and felt much like home (we have an outdoor pool, too). The full-size kitchen appliances were lovely, as was the ability to have a family breakfast, take sandwiches and snacks to the parks (saving money and avoiding yucky fast food). My son was really tickled with the video games, especially the racetrack game (even I played with him). With 4 bedrooms, everyone had space and privacy, including my parents which was really important to me. Staying at Breezy Oak Villa was a great choice for our family. We could not be happier with the excellent communication received during research and booking, and it continued through our stay. It was especially perfect for a family group that included kids under 10 and grandparents 65+. Safe, clean, spacious, and with built-in, cost-free options for fun during downtime. What we liked best about staying in your home was that we had a home that we could call our own for the two weeks we were there...it was nice to come home at the end of a busy day and unwind in our own private pool! The home was fantastic, Robert you made the final planning of our trip very simple with your information on your ticket supplier, etc...they treated us like gold...the directions you gave for the entire area were fantastic..I even found a few more adventurous routes while there because I followed my GPS instead of your maps...LOL!!
