There are no elevators in any of the buildings in the complex. No pets permitted.

Clearwater Mall with Costco, Super Target, Lowes, Petsmart is 1.7 miles north on US 19 and Gulf To Bay Blvd, a 5 min drive/38 min walk.
Bus 19 stops at US19 and Bellaire intersection.
Close commute to Phillies (BayCare Ballpark Clearwater 6 min/2.5 mile drive) and Blue Jays (TD Ballpark Dunedin 17 min/8.5 mile drive) spring training grounds.
No buildings in the complex have elevators.

The Orange Lake Resort is a beautiful resort in Kissimmee. Has two bedrooms two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a beautiful en suite. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and the living room has a queen size pullout couch. The unit sleeps eight. You could always put an air mattress down in either the master bedroom or the living room if you need to sleep more as both rooms are very large. There is another bathroom, in condo washer & dryer. The villa is located minutes away from Disney (12 minutes away). Universal Studios and Sea World are about 22 minutes away: depending on traffic. Groceries and Shopping areas including Super Wal-Mart and restaurants are 2 minutes away on route 191(International Drive). We are about 12 miles away from the Orange County convention center on International Drive. We are located near the intersection of Route 191 and N. Bass Road.
This luxury villa has space: about 2350 square feet to spread out in with 4 bedrooms (of which 2 are en-suite Bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Game Room. One Bedroom has a King Bed (with attached exclusive bathroom), the Second has a queen sized bed (again with attached exclusive bathroom) and the third has two twin beds. The fourth has two bunk beds: the third and the fourth bedrooms share one bathroom. The villa can sleep 10 people and it is furnished tastefully to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned, there is free unlimited Wi-fi internet access in the Villa and free unlimited phone calls to Canada and USA. Any Boats or RVs are not allowed in the development. Our villa is located in a nice and upscale neighborhood and is very quiet and safe. We are a pet free villa and we have a no smoking policy.
The Game room features Pool, Air Hockey, Playstation 2, ping pong, darts etc. A fresh set of Towels, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave and conventional ovens, quality fresh linen in bed and all pots and pans are furnished for your use during the stay in the villa. we have a Washer Dryer for laundry and the Villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a TV in every bedroom along with a drawer chest and the family room has a TV and a DVD Player as well. There is a high chair and a stroller all free. Additionally, we provide a digital safe for your use. The pool is larger than usual, not overlooked, and it gets the sun pretty much most of the day in any season as long as it's not cloudy.
The Property Management company is always at hand to address any questions or requirements that might arise and they have been repeatedly praised by our past guests. Our new couches in the living room and the new LED TVs in the Living area and the mastter Bedroom adds comfort to the stay.
