The park model has all the required needs, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, bedding for the queen bed and the hide-a-bed pull out in the front room, television, internet can be activated for wi-fi, barbecue outside on the patio, outdoor table and chairs. shed, covered car pad and patio area. There are also 2 orange trees on the property. It is available on a monthly basis and preferably consecutive months in a row at US$2000.00 per month. Les prix sont les suivants:
Juin à fin octobre inclusivement, 2200$ US par mois
Novembre à fin janvier, 2500$ US par mois
Pour 2 personnes à moins d’entente au préalable et moyennant un surplus.
Deux mois consécutifs seront privilégiés.
Vous devez être accepté par le conseil d’administration à vos frais:150$ US.
La Florida room (qui comprend tout, cuisine, salon, chambre et salle de bain) ou la partie principale peut vous être loué à moindre coût. Florida 1500$US, partie principale 1800$US.
Des frais d’entretien ménager de 150$US seront ajoutés à moins d’entente avec nous au préalable.
Un dépôt de location de 500 $ non remboursable sera exigible à la signature du contrat.
Condition de location: Aucun animal et non fumeurs.
