Cariboo Gold Placer Claims For Sale or OPTION

We have for sale 4 of our placer claims 19.56 ha each.
We are offering an option for each of the following claims.
The option is: We will allow a purchase price of $5000.00 each claim, but you agree to give us a 10% royalty of the gold. You will also agree to follow and work the area that we designate by using our geophysical survey equipment, this agreement is to ensure our 10% royalty.
A contract will need to be signed for this option.
