Backup panel runs the wood boiler pumps, furnace, fridge, freezer and one spare socket.

A very open and inviting space, the kitchen cupboards are all KitchenCraft with birch doors. The master bedroom is air conditioned for those hot summer nights and has walk out sliding glass doors to the wrap around deck. The upper floor has two bedrooms with an office and a library.
All 3 bathrooms are updated. The guest bathroom on the main floor has a large walk in tile shower and granite countertop. The 4 piece ensuite in the master bedroom has a steam shower, claw foot tub, heated tile with wifi control from your phone and Silstone top on the custom built vanity. The downstairs bathroom was installed new in 2010 during the renovation and features a tub/shower with toilet and sink.
The yard has numerous outbuildings including two chicken coops with fenced pens, we used one for chickens and one for turkeys. Ther is a large pen for goats/sheep and a large dog pen. A garden shed for garden tools, a storage shed we use for garbage and extra horse tack, an additional self standing building we use as spare bedroom for overflow guests, open 3 stall barn and animal shelter, sea can wired with lights and power and a Cariboo property is not complete with out an outhouse! There is nice large lawn with fruit trees, tamarack, shrubberies and flower beds. There is a large garden with raised beds and a small greenhouse. Extensive clearing has been done to create a clear fire break around all important structures.
A new 30x40 workshop was completed in 2014 and is properly permitted and has hot/cold running water with heat from the wood boiler.
