5. Provide support to the change management team by:
a. Identifying areas requiring attention from the training group
b. Participating in development of user communications (including policy and process updates and technical solutions)
c. Providing quality assurance for the training material
d. Providing solution details and process training to the trainers, as required
6. Provide direction to users in terms of the capabilities of emerging technologies including BI, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and others.
7. Lead the business units through the acceptance testing process for changes to systems and processes.

Qualifications
Skill
Diploma, certificate or other post-secondary education in a related field and 5 or more years related experience

We are looking for an experienced heavy equipment mechanic to join our team. As a heavy equipment mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and more.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems in heavy equipment
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and brake adjustments
Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
Order parts and maintain inventory of parts and equipment
Inspect and test heavy equipment before and after repairs are made
Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other team members
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of weather conditions
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
