I do have a cat that he’s used to and he’s good with kids once he gets to know you he is very loving. He’s a great dog. I don’t want to rehome but I have no choice.

What is a guardian home?
An alternative to purchasing an expensive puppy! A guardian home is a family that gets an adult dog specifically chosen by me for their health and temperament as a candidate for our breeding program. The guardian family agrees to love and care for their dog as if it were their own. Because it will be their own! Our contracts are currently until end 2028 so about 3 yrs give or take.
We take pride in not kennelling or puppy milling our dogs, but rather putting their needs first and having their own family to love and raise them.

Frisbee is the sweetest little doxiepoo puppy! He loves to be near you, will follow you everywhere and already has a sweetheart of a personality. He is being raised indoors as a family dog with kids and cats. He is already onto a great start with house training and is really good at letting you know when he needs to be let out in the morning. During the day, he goes outside to potty on the grass.
He loves his chew toys and does great with our older kids who play with him outside and inside. Mom is a miniature dachshund and Dad is a multipoo (maltese poodle). Puppy loves all the kisses, gnawing on his bones in his dog bed, and playing fetch as well as snuggling indoors. You can text message (778) 744-5488 for more questions. Hoping to find him a wondeful home now as he is eating puppy food nicely. He will have had one set of puppy shots done.
For transport: we have flown our pets on different Airlines so we are comfortable with the process and know what great care they take of the pets.
As mentioned, his house training is going good. He can sleep through the entire night without needing to go potty until morning. He sleeps on the bed.
During the day, we reward him with two hours of freedom after he goes #2 to do whatever he wants ie: nap, go on the bed, wander around, play - he loves running around playing with his toys.
Then after 1-2 hours the clock restarts until he goes poopoo again. We use the 2 - 2 and 2 rules for puppy training... except we don't crate, we just keep a close eye on him.
After a long nap, we always take him outside to go potty.
He would do well with someone who has time to watch over him. Perhaps with a stay at home work schedule.

A beautiful litter of Frenchton puppies are looking for their forever homes! Lovingly raised in our family home, they would be a wonderful addition to your family.
Mom is 3/4 French Bulldog, and dad is 100% Boston Terrier. That makes the puppies a 40/60 Frenchton split. There is no history of allergies or other health problems in the parents or previous litter. Each puppy will receive multiple dewormings, a health check from the vet, and their first set of vaccinations.
Puppies will also go home with a puppy care pack that includes a blanket that smells like mom, a toy, a health passport from the vet, and 2 days worth of puppy food to get you started.

Max is a handsome 21 mos purebred intact male shepherd. Max is intelligent, playful and always looking for an adventure. While he can be full of enthusiasm he also has a sweet gentle affectionate side and enjoys spending time with his person. I'm looking for an experienced home that understands the German Shepherd breed and is committed to continuing his training and development. He would thrive with someone who is active, home often and willing to provide the structure, exercise and mental stimulation he needs.
Max has a great recall off leash but needs work on leash manners . Max loves to put a chase on cats and has not been properly socialized. He just loves the chase.
Max is good with kids but gets excited and has a tendency to sometimes jump . Max has a high energy level so I strongly prefer that Max goes to a home where he can thrive with plenty of exercise and play . He is not a dog that would be happy spending most of his time confined indoors or kenneled / tethered somewhere.
Max is a wonderful dog with a lot of potential but he needs the right environment to thrive. Max has the spirit of an Alpha dog but because I already have an Alpha male he doesn't allow Max to get cuddles or affection from the humans and I'm afraid they're going to fight and seriously hurt each other .
Max is a wonderful dog with a lot of potential he would make an excellent companion for the right person. Finding him the right home that can meet his needs and provide him with consistency, training, exercise and plenty of love is my top priority. I care deeply for Max so finding him the right home is more important than finding him a quick placement.

German Shepherd Looking for the Right Home (he must go to a CHILDLESS home)
Rex is a handsome almost 2yo black and tan German Shepherd who is 60 lbs, looking for a loving new home. He is very well trained, extremely intelligent, and honestly more of a chill/lazy dog than a high-energy one. A 30-45 minute walk usually tires him out and then he’s happy to relax and hang out with his people. Rex is very loyal to his family, naturally protective of his home, and makes a good guard dog while still being calm and well-mannered indoors.
He knows:
* Sit
* Lay down
* Stand up
* Shake a paw / other paw
* Fetch
* Release word before eating
* Sign language commands (sit, down, stand, eat)
Rex has very nice manners and is eager to please. He waits for permission before walking through doorways and will not rush past people at the door. He is very gentle when taking treats or food from your hand and understands the command “gentle.”
He is very quiet indoors and does not bark at other dogs on walks. He does well with other dogs with proper introductions and is cat friendly as well — he may be nervous around cats at first but adjusts once comfortable.
He rides great in the car, eats a dry food diet, and has no known allergies.
The reason for rehoming is that Rex is not a good fit for a home with children (he is very nippy with children, dispite many attempts to train it out of him but he can’t seem to help himself). We have a new born and Because of this, he will need an adult-only home or a home with older, dog-savvy teenagers. He would do best in a calm environment with clear structure and boundaries.so I’m looking for the best possible fit for him.

Linus is no longer available!
ONLY ONE LEFT! This is the final adorable male from the 2026 Elstar Labrador litter! We call him Linus (blue collar male).
Linus is our goofy teddy bear. He was the youngest and largest puppy at birth, and moves around a little bit clumsily tripping over his large paws and ears. He also has two small white spots, one on his chin and one on his chest. Linus loves to be cuddled, but also loves a good romp with his siblings. He is a gentle boy who always comes up for a pat with his tail wagging and eyes shining.
The puppy’s parents are both purebred English Labs. The dam, Sadie, is on site. She is an unregistered, 70 lb white lab. Sadie is Embark DNA tested and is in perfect health. Sadie is a wonderful family pet, who makes us laugh every day with her goofy antics. She is very trainable and has beautiful form and agility.
The sire, Diesel, is a 85 lb, CKC registered chocolate lab. He is OFA tested, and has a clean bill of health along with his handsome, athletic build. His owners enjoy his gentleness and relaxed demeanour as a family dog, as well as his obedience and intelligence as a working dog in the field.
