We are the Campbellville Tigers, a Competitive Men’s baseball team. The team plays in the Golden Horseshoe Baseball league (GHBL) which is the biggest Men’s baseball league in Canada. The teams core is made up of higher level players ranging in backgrounds, from Rep, AAA, Elite, to NCAA and former IBL or Pro Level players.
We play a 20 game regular season schedule. Our home games are Sunday afternoons 1pm in Campbellville , with road games if they are week nights, 830pm starts. We don't play on long weekends and playoffs normally start the 1st week in September. Our season is well underway and were the last team with a perfect record in the tier.
It is a family friendly team that historically have team and family bbq’s after home games. The Campbellville Park recently went through in major rebuild, costing in excess of $ 1 million dollars. It now sports a new irrigated grass infield, all new fencing, and a huge number of park amenity upgrades including an incredible play ground. Its a great facility for fans and players.
Our park in Campbellville (401 and Guelph line) is located at 2696 Reid Sideroad, Campbellville, ON l0p1b0
Our team has historically ranged in age, from high end guys just out of junior to solid Vets in 40s, with a core in their 20s and 30s coming back form US colleges; Canadian Universities or Minor League Pros, add in a a few older higher end players who continue to play and are solid contributors.
The 2022 Tigers had quite a year, winning the Pennant, rolling through the playoffs and capping it off by sweeping the finals to claim the Championship. With a Championship in hand the Tiger move up a division to should be some pretty elite competition.
Unfortunately last years run saw one of our catcher, who is well above average hitting and catching was injured in a freak accident and likely wont play again. We also loose one of our aces on the mound, who lead the tier in Ks in 2022.
With well beyond a solid core were looking for a couple of additions for 2023
Ideally would be a catcher with a legit arm who can call a high level game, keep base runners honest and could hit for average and were looking for a legit swing and miss pitcher or a power pitcher who can throw strike, know they have a confident defense to bail them out more times than not!
We are looking for a couple of solid contributor who are committed on competing for a championship in 2023. We are definitely not just trying to field a team to play!
If your interested in knowing more, please send your name and details to
campbellvilletigers@yahoo.com or text to 519-766-5695Your information and your contacting us will be strictly confidential. We know players often want to explore options, but not burn any bridges with current teams. We get that and assure you , word will not surface you contacted us.

Good evening, Even though in-person lessons are much better, I'm offering online sessions as well. Look forward to talking with you!
My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. (Drums taught by another teacher) We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sightreading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.
Each lesson will be 30 - 45 minutes with the option to have the lesson at your location/home. My rates are fair and negotiable. We all have our lives and circumstances going on; it's okay. Feel free to respond to this ad, call or text: 647-294-0493. (I'm quite busy, if you text the instrument you wish to learn, I'll call as soon as I'm available)
Thanks for reading, I hope we chat soon! "Music is the mediator between the spiritual and sensual life" - Ludwig Van Beethoven.

We are a serious gigging rock band with shows lined up. We are piano/guitar based. current drummer wants to sing more. We play 100's of cover tunes, BUT we're mostly focused on our original material of 100+ songs in our ever growing sound , new material and expanding setlists.
If you are familiar with the Stones, Beatles, Floyd, Elton John, Zep, etc, then you will fit right in effortlessly.
Preferably, you have experience, are quite competent on your instrument; you are UNDER 40, and have no drug/booze / Ego problems. All ethnic backgrounds /genders welcome. We are educated and professional musicians with aspirations south of the border. Our shows are high energy , with audience participation.
Ideally, we'll jam first, and see how we fit. So far we haven't had much luck with finding a drummer or bassist. Our band is on the rise and it's an exciting new chapter for us. Give us a holla! - Ian

Janadian Apparel & International Trading Company is looking for volunteers who would like to contribute their time and resources towards our Fill A Backpack For Students Event this Summer!
Our goal is to fill 500 backpacks to be distributed to Jamaican & Canadian students returning to school in Septmeber.
As parents of young children, we understand how costly it can be to send students to school. Backpacks, school supplies and uniforms all add up. We strongly believe that helping relieve families of the cost of education can help parents focus on empowering and inspiring their children to pursue their passions through continuous education.
Our website Janadian.com is currently putting 10% of every sale made online, towards this community service project but we are looking to reach out to a wider audience and ask for help to make this event a success.
As a volunteer, we will provide you with a list of businesses to reach out to about donating to the cause. We are looking to have as many volunteers as possible to help us spread the word within the community. We will also need volunteers to post on their social media accounts & hand out event flyers to be posted around the city (Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Hamilton, Toronto, & Surrounding Areas).
Student volunteers can earn volunteer hours for this community service project too so share with a student who needs to complete those.

Experienced drummer looking for a band to play regular shows at bars, events, etc.
I have lots of experience performing for a crowd and am looking to get back into it. Looking more for a cover band that can draw a crowd at a bar and keep people dancing, and the genre is less important to me than being regularly booked and able to entertain the audience
Hoping to find a skilled band that can make some side income on our ability to perform. Shoot me a message if you think we could work something out.

Hey!
Looking for a vocalist to join me in a local project. I’ve been playing guitar for 20 years (I’m 33), used to songwrite, tour and perform across Canada.
Looking to reimagine covers in more of an ambient/folk style with the goal of playing 1-2 shows a month within the Fergus/Elora area. (Bars, events, weddings, etc)
Fairly low commitment required. I’ve got a large number of songs reconstructed already and also interested/flexible in learning anything you’d like to perform. Would love to have a mix of new and older songs. (Anything from Elvis to Morgan Wallen)
If you play an instrument, awesome. If not, no sweat!

Hello parents and students,
My name is Ali, an Ontario Tech University student, working as a full-time online tutor.
Hourly rates range from $20 to $30, depending on the amount of time requested (The first session being a trial).
Breakdown:
Standard Rate: $30/h
Minus $5/hr for 3 or more sessions per week
Minus $5/hr for sessions that are 2 hours or longerThe bulk of my tutoring experience is Math related, but I do offer services in a variety of subjects (Physics, Sciences, English, etc.).
My approach is to help students understand and master material, rather than just memorize formulas or techniques. I believe that this is a key to long-term success in any subject.
To achieve this, I use a variety of teaching methods and resources in my lessons. This might include interactive investigations, problem-solving exercises, or visual aids such as diagrams or graphs. I also encourage my students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process, this helps them develop a deeper understanding of the subject and makes the learning process more enjoyable.
Knowing that there are different learning styles, I make an effort to tailor my lessons to individual needs and learning styles. For example, if a student is more visual, I might use more diagrams and graphs in my lessons, while if a student is more hands-on, I might use more interactive activities or problem-solving exercises.
Overall, my goal as a tutor is to share my knowledge and expertise in a way that helps learners succeed.
Best wishes,
Ali Rizvi
