Step into a Tranquil Evening of Magic, Movement, and Connection—with a Little Help from Some Hooved Healers ✨
As the golden hour paints the sky over a dreamy farm meadow, you’re invited to experience GOGA: a joyful fusion of gentle yoga, grounding breath work, and pure goat magic.
Led by the radiant Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga, this session offers more than just movement—it’s a soul-soothing escape. But the real stars? Our delightful herd of goats.
From tiny babies with big personalities to calm, wise adults, these goats are more than just adorable—they’re curious, quirky, and full of character. As you move through your yoga flow, don’t be surprised if one hops by your mat, pauses to say hello, or gives you a sideways glance that feels oddly encouraging. Their playful presence brings unexpected laughter, lightness, and a reminder to stay present and not take life too seriously.
Goats are known to ease anxiety, boost mood, and encourage playfulness—and in this open field, their presence turns a simple yoga practice into a lighthearted, soul-lifting experience. Their antics spark laughter, their gentleness invites stillness, and their energy helps you stay beautifully present.
No yoga (or goat) experience required—just bring your mat, your sense of wonder, and a willingness to smile.

The Steady Within
A six-week journey into resilience, regulation, and embodied calm
After learning how to slow down and regulate the nervous system, the next step is learning how to carry that steadiness into everyday life.
The Steady Within is a new six-week series designed to deepen the tools of nervous system care while gently expanding capacity — helping the body move from simply recovering from stress to feeling strong, adaptable, and deeply resourced.
Through slow, intentional yoga practices, breathwork, restorative stillness, and subtle sensory support with essential oils (always optional), each class builds on the last to strengthen the body’s natural ability to regulate, recover, and remain grounded even during life’s busier seasons.
This is not about pushing harder — it’s about building a calm that holds, a nervous system that trusts, and a body that feels like home.
✨ Why Join This Series?
Deepen the Work
If you joined Stillpoint, this series builds on those foundations — helping regulation become something you can access anytime, anywhere.
Train the Nervous System for Real Life
Rather than only calming down, we explore how to move between activation and rest with ease, strengthening resilience and emotional flexibility.
Small, Intimate Group
Limited to 6 participants, creating a safe and cozy environment with personalized guidance and space to truly unwind.
A Supportive Rhythm
Weekly practice creates consistency — one of the most powerful tools for nervous system health.
Weekly Themes
Week 1 — Arriving in the Body
A slow grounding practice to reconnect with breath, body awareness, and internal safety. Gentle movements invite the nervous system to settle and orient.
Essential oils: grounding oils such as vetiver or cedarwood.
Week 2 — Creating Space
Yin-inspired shapes focus on hips, shoulders, and spine — areas where stress tends to accumulate. Stillness allows deeper unwinding and release.
Essential oils: soft releasing oils like lavender or marjoram.
Week 3 — Breath & Regulation
Breath becomes the guide as we explore gentle flow paired with simple breath patterns that support nervous system balance.
Essential oils: balancing blends such as bergamot or clary sage.
Week 4 — Strength in Softness
Slow, mindful strength building through controlled movement and longer holds, helping the body experience effort without stress or overwhelm.
Essential oils: grounding yet uplifting oils such as spruce or frankincense.
Week 5 — Expanding Capacity
This class gently explores moving between effort and rest — teaching the nervous system that activation can feel safe and manageable.
Essential oils: bright, supportive oils such as sweet orange or grapefruit.
Week 6 — Integration Ritual: Sauna + Cold Plunge
A guided closing experience using breath, heat, and cold to embody resilience and anchor the tools of the series into the body.
Essential oils: eucalyptus or peppermint for clarity and renewal.
✨ This series is for you if you want to:
• Feel calmer and more grounded in daily life
• Improve sleep and emotional regulation
• Reduce chronic stress and tension
• Build resilience without burnout
• Practice in a small, supportive community
A steady nervous system changes everything.
This six-week journey is an invitation to move beyond survival mode and into a deeper sense of presence, strength, and calm.
I would be honoured to guide you.
With love,
Aleena McKinnon

MURRAY McLAUCHLAN - The Hourglass TourMurray McLauchlan is one of Canada’s most highly regarded singer/songwriters, and with good cause. Over a 50-year career, he has released 20 albums and been awarded 11 Junos. His songs Farmer’s Song, Down by the Henry Moore, Whispering Rain and Sweeping the Spotlight Away are now considered Canadian standards. Murray is also a painter, an author, an actor, a radio host; he's been bestowed an Honourary Doctor of Laws and appointed to The Order of Canada. That’s quite a ride. For many years Murray’s touring had been restricted to Lunch At Allen's, whose members also include Ian Thomas, Marc Jordan and Cindy Church. But with the release of his critically acclaimed Hourglass, he’s back on the road treating concert goers to a seamless blend of old and new.
Here’s what he has to say: "As a songwriter I know that it's not enough to sit in your kitchen and write. Your songs need to be heard. Music is a communicative art and if it isn't brought in front of people there is no way to tell if that end has been met. I like to think of a concert tour as a kind of roving gallery to test your art and your ideas. I try to do my very best to make it worthwhile for folks to be there and to perhaps look at things in a new way when they leave."
And this, in a nutshell, is the Murray McLauchlan concert experience.Reserved seating tickets for Murray McLauchlan ...Hourglass are $67.50 (tax & facility fees included, additional surcharges may apply), and are available from the box offices listed below.
