They are a 4 part Harmony Chorus (SABT) of lively older adults who rehearse on Thursday
afternoons 1pm from September through May at the Rockway Centre,
Kitchener. They entertain monthly at Retirement Homes and
Community Centers in the KW area and four concerts at Rockway Centre: two in Fall and two in Spring.
They would love for you to join them---no previous experience necessary---just a love of singing and meeting new friends.

I am looking to expand my circle of female friends in the 45 to 60 yrs old range. I am at a point in life where I want and need to go out and have more experiences, entertainment and travel a little bit as well. Just looking for some women to do day trips with (thrifting near Niagara Falls anyone?), and sometimes stay in the area and see some live community theatre productions, stand up comedy, musical tribute bands or a local magic show. It would be nice to have someone to call/text to go and see some local festivals in the summer. Maybe rent a canoe and paddle down the Grand. Recreational hiking would work too. I am also wanting to go horseback riding – like when you rent the horse and go on a trail ride for an hour.
I would also hope that some of you would like to get together occasionally to make a meal or bake and or spend some time bonding over a Netflix series or watching a cool movie on Prime.
In the colder/wetter months, we could get together to play euchre or do some crafty thing/s together like knitting, crocheting, quilting. I would be okay to do a jigsaw puzzle or two for an afternoon. If that doesn’t appeal to you we could just share our personal favourite books with each other (while enjoying an 19+ beverage?)
I would also be thrilled if as a little group of like-minded people we could all be friends, or some of you would discover that others have a specific interest and now have a new friend as well to talk about and or go do whatever that special interest is.
