A cozy modernist lakeside cottage with incredible views - 3 bedrooms upstairs with full bath, and living room sofa pulls out as an additional queen, with a powder room nearby. There's a big open fireplace, and new triple-glazed windows make the house very comfortable in winter. For working from home there's a desk in the master bedroom and downstairs.

High cathedral ceilings, open kitchen, fireplace, backyard beach, access to the lake and ATV/snowmobile trails, and much more. This villa is perfect place for family gatherings and holidays. Come and spend a night under the clear beautiful sky and enjoy the view of a thousand stars.

Everything is provided except bedding and towels. Close to many ATV and snowmobile trails! In summer, spring and fall there is lots of fishing opportunities , also ice fishing in the winter. The catch of the day can be Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Muskellunge, Wallaeye, Northern Pike. The lake turns into a winter wonderland which transforms to a skating ring, so please bring your skates! The water is beautiful and warm to swim in! You can enjoy a private walk on our 1 acre land on the forest or by the water.
There is a kid’s section which includes a trampoline and swings. Kid’s room includes books and toys. There is a sand portion on the property for kids to be creative :)

Bring clear bags for garbage disposal and recycle. Garbage station does not work on Wednesday and Thursday. Dumping station is 15 minutes away towards Havelock.

Better road option: turn left on Fire Road 57 - the Beach road - DO NOT TAKE FIRE ROAD 56. Take vansickle RD (gravel and mailboxes at the start of the road). your GPS may tell you to take Fire road 56, You might get stuck. This is regarding the last 5-8 minute to get to the cottage.

Do not skate or walk at the river by the house because the flow is fast and ice can brake very easy. You can skate by the lake on the beach road - 1minute drive or 5 minute walk. Make sure the lake is fully frozen.
This is a region where garbage is not picked up so please bring it with you. There is a Havelock dumping station 10 minutes away where you can leave all garbage there -900 6th Line, Havelock, ON, K0L 1Z0
Any garbage bags left behind will be charged at $20/bag. Please recycle or garbage will not be accepted at the dumping station. Please use Clear bags other bags will not be accepted.
Do not wear shoes inside the house.
Bring slippers for inside the cottage.
The water has a UV filtration system, so it is drinkable.
Please do not throw cigarette budds around the house, use provided ashtrays.
Please bring a laptop so you can plug it the hdmi cable, located above the bose system, to watch TV.
Extra four chairs - when you walk into the house, the first bedroom to the right, under the bed, there are 4 extra foldable chairs.
The room with the bunk beds, under the bed, you can find a high chair, play pen, toys and construction blocks.
In the living room area, with the window towards the lake, inside the coffee table, you can find books to read and games.
Bring your own sheet covers and towels.

Do not park across the house, - the street, because it gets pretty muddy and your car might get stuck!
Additional rules
Do not enter the utility room where it says - private property. If you decide to enter it there will be a fine of $500!
No loud music from 11pm-8am.
Do Not Transpass into neighbours property.Cottage is on a septic system. Please do not flush paper products - including toilet paper down the toilet. Please use waste bins provided.
We expect that you leave the cottage in the original clean conditions as upon arrival. Alternatively, we reserve the right to make a claim under your damage deposit.
STRICT NO PET POLICY. Unfortunately, due to family members with severe animal allergies we cannot accommodate any guests with pets including service dogs, as our family uses the cottage when it is not booked.
Long weekends - 3 night minimum stay.
Failure to abide by house rules will result in extra fees.
