Position Details:
• Employment Type: Part-time, permanent (25-30 hours per week)
• Wage: $22 - $24 per hour
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Location: Lethbridge, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma required
• Experience: Some HR, administration, safety, or transportation regulations
• Assets: HR and safety admin experience is a plus
• Language: English proficiency required
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Additional skills: The ability to proactively prioritize tasks to optimize productivity and team performance. Demonstrate attention to detail and consistency in routine operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits of driver logs, equipment files, fuel receipts, and inspection reports
• Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and update policies as needed
• Maintain and organize driver and vehicle records
• Assist in training coordination and safety compliance for drivers
• Manage documentation and ensure proper distribution across departments
• Assist with HR administration duties as required
• Provide reports to management on transportation safety and compliance levels
• Data entry and maintenance using the Optic System
• Additional duties as assigned by management
