Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainable food solutions. This is a remote position, and the candidate will need to provide their own device to perform the work.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and organize information related to research and development, business development, and marketing activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for managers and external stakeholders.
• Process bills, invoices, and receipts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Manage and distribute documentation to internal and external parties.
• Respond to assigned tasks within 48 hours.
• Track and log work hours for payroll purposes.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Availability of 10 hours per week with the flexibility to adjust workload based on personal availability.
