Diagnose and repair various devices, including cell phones, tablets, laptops, and
gaming consoles.
● Replace components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports for mobile devices
and gaming systems.
● Perform advanced repairs for gaming consoles, including hardware troubleshooting,
software updates, and cleaning.
● Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure repairs meet company and manufacturer
standards.
● Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes, costs, and timeframes
to customers.
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and company
protocols.
● Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering parts and supplies.
● Promote additional services and products, such as accessories, warranties, and
maintenance packages.Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Experience repairing cell phones and gaming consoles (1+ years preferred).
● Knowledge of popular device brands, including Apple, Samsung, Google, Sony, and
Microsoft.
● Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
● Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
● Effective communication and outstanding customer service skills.
