Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain farm truck fleet including, semis, pickup trucks and trailers. Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime during critical farming seasons.
• Maintain detailed service records and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with agricultural or heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Skilled in welding and fabrication (preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license (Class 1 required).
