Install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
Mix, pour and spread materials
Read and interpret blueprints
Clean and pile salvaged materials
Assist heavy equipment operators
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Direct traffic at or near construction sites

Duties include but not limited to:
• Oversee all aspects or our maintenance, repair requirements
• Schedule all maintenance and repairs for mechanic staff and outside resources as required
• Ensure work-readiness of the fleet
• Open and close work orders
• Train, coach and mentor fleet maintenance team
• Maintain an organized clean work environment
• Purchase parts and supplies required for day-to-day fleet maintenance
• Manage shop inventories as requiredRequired skills:

Responsibilities;
- Ability to safely and effectively operate a loader in various construction project settings including municipal infrastructure, aggregate crushing and civil construction sites,
- Must be able to work well as a valued crew member,
- Must be able to take direction with a positive attitude and have the willingness to learn new techniques,
- Able to work long hours in order to achieve project goals and milestones,
