As a Heavy Duty Mechanic with Teck you are responsible for maintaining our diverse fleet of equipment including CAT 797's, D11's, 24M's, Komatsu 980E's, and potentially North America's only P&H 4800 shovel.

- Perform duties that range from routine preventative maintenance to repairing major breakdowns, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Disassemble and reassemble components such as engines, transmissions, cooling systems, fuel and exhaust systems, breaks, clutches, differentials, hydraulics, electrical systems and lubrication systems
- Providing innovative solutions and best practices
- Diagnose, maintain and repair mobile off road mining equipment including haul trucks, graders, bulldozers, excavators, shovels, loaders, and other heavy equipment
- Working with brands including CAT, Komatsu, P&H, Hitachi, John Deere, Letourneau, Volvo, Marion upon others
- Willing to relocate near Sparwood, B.C.
- Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson’s Heavy Duty Mechanic or Heavy Duty Technician Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous mining experience is an asset

Southern Saskatchewan dryland grain Farm seeking an individual for Seasonal employment to operate different Farm machines to help in the process of planting a crop and then bringing it along until we can harvest the crop.
We mainly grow Durum, lentils, chickpeas and canola.
Seeking a individual that is looking to get paid very well for Seasonal work so they can have down time during the winter months.
Person must have a fun personality and good attitude with the ability to be a team player.
We are a family Farm so there will kids and women that they will be working alongside so foul language will not be tolerated.
We have nice short term private housing for you to make yourself feel at home.
Our Farm has modern well kept equipment.
When we are not in the fields farming most of the time will be spent back in the yard maintaining the equipment, yard work, and yearly building maintance and construction work.
