Position as a Commissioning turnover coordinator will be responsible for managing turnover documentation associated with the completion of the power plant. Managing turnover walk downs, scheduling walkdowns, leading walk downs, capturing the punch list items. Reviewing the mechanical and electrical turnover, verification the documentation has been completed completely, and correctly per the equipment or system being completed.
Coordinate with the client quality management personnel in the review of critical systems. Support the client review, providing additional documentation when necessary. Collecting authorize to energize certificates and helping to manage the care, custody and control of the turnover packages.
Candidate needs to be extremely detailed oriented, with a strong aptitude for hands on field work.. Candidate need to be able to communicate both verbally and written with management, client and subcontractors to communicate the work completed or work to be completed.

Responsibilities
The Turnover Coordinator is responsible for the turnover documentation for all plant equipment. The turnover coordinator is the primary point of contact for all turnover documentation and systems. Activities include but are not limited to:
Collect and assemble construction turnover documentation from mechanical contractor to startup.
Collect and assemble construction turnover documentation from electrical contractors to startup.
Organize walkdowns, lead walkdowns.
Punchlist management, coordination, priority assignments.
Utilize the Burns & McDonnell electronic turnover management system.
Coordinate with client QMS personnel, provide documentation for review/approval to QMS.
Coordinate turnover documentation from startup personnel for each turnover system.
Coordinate as-built drawing records
Coordinate the final turnover to the client. Turnover books will be assembled and reviewed/accepted by the client.
Qualifications

• Operates rail saw to cut rails to specified lengths.
• Operates portable grinder to grind worn ends of rails.
• You are required to use a shovel for ballast and other track debris.
