Job Description
Rite-Way Fencing is Canada's largest fence company, with 13 branches in 4 provinces.Currently, we are looking for general labourers to assist on site.
The ideal candidate will:
Be flexible and willing to learn
Be comfortable working outdoors, year round
Be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs and above
Have a full driver's license, with a clean driver's abstract and be bondable and insurableThis is an entry level position, and you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including helping with the install of chain link, ornamental and vinyl fence, digging holes, mixing concrete moving materials
You will be working on commercial and industrial sites.
$25 starting wage,

Unique position available June 2025 - Vancouver Island
Groundskeeper/Nanny - *Working Couple Opportunity*
Ideally this would be filled by a working couple. Your masculine skillset includes woodworking basics, proficient at outdoor maintenance duties of a large estate. The ability to do moderate indoor repairs and maintenance. You have a solid work ethic, a good routine and high standards.
The feminine skillset would include part time nanny duties with two children under 10. Basic housecleaning and meal prepping. You are an animal lover, enjoy cooking and living in a peaceful setting.
Both of you know how to communicate your basic needs and set your schedule with the flexibility for assignments of specific tasks.
Setting is an idyllic Vancouver Island Oasis, carriage house on site for this unique, talented duo.
Background checks, references and resumes will be required. However we recognize this is niche and are open minded with background experience making you the "right fit".
