Hi i have a large rabbit hutch or pretty well whatever you want to use it for. has access to the bottom through the floor so the animal can have free range of the top and bottom,
its fully insulated roof, walls and floor. measurements are 8ft long 3ft wide 4.5ft tall. When it was -9 outside it was +9 inside. Build cost $700 in materials asking $500. I have the screen that wraps around the bottom as well.
