Main Functions
Install a wide variety of exterior prefabricated products such as aluminum composite panels, cementitious panels and/or siding, foam insulated metal panels, corrugated cladding and wood composite panels and/or siding, at commercial properties.
As a Journeyman Cladder/Roofer in construction, you will be working mostly outdoors, often in uncomfortable or varied weather conditions, and on aerial equipment such as aerial lifts and scaffolds, in heights exceeding 30 meters. Heavy lifting is a job requirement, so a degree of fitness is needed.
Main duties:
The Installers perform the following duties:
• Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures;
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations;
• Install air/vapor membrane to wall surfaces using rollers and applicators;
• Measure, cut and install z-bar sub-girts using hand and power tools to wall surfaces;
• Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as siding and panels using hand and power tools;
• Deal with other trade schedules and management requests.
Employment requirements:
• Obey all on-site and company safety requirements in accordance to OH&S Act and Regulations;
• Must be fit to perform physical work;
• Capable of using various hand and power tools at a high level;
• Able to work at heights;
• A driver's license may be required.

- Complete daily housekeeping of assigned truck and to ensure maintenance of company image
- Assisting in the yard as needed
- Using Skid Steer to accomplish tasks in the yard
- Assisting Excavating team as needed
- Washing Trucks and Equipment
