Job responsibilities:
Corporate marketing team to develop an effective marketing strategy aligned with the overall brand objectives. This involves conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, and identifying target markets and segments;
Plan and implement advertising campaigns and promotional activities to generate awareness and drive customer traffic. This can include traditional advertising methods such as print, radio, and digital marketing initiatives like social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising;
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, both online and offline. Monitor and maintain brand standards, including signage, menus, uniforms, and other customer touchpoints;
Manage the restaurant’s online presence, including the official website, social media accounts, and online review platforms. Create and publish engaging content, respond to customer inquiries and reviews, and utilize search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve online visibility;
Implement and manage CRM systems to collect and analyze customer data, track customer preferences and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Use customer insights to personalize promotions, rewards programs, and other initiatives to enhance customer loyalty;
Prepare and manage the marketing budget for the restaurant. Monitor expenses and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicator and analytics. Provide regular reports to management on marketing activities, results and recommendation for improvement.
Qualifications / Skills:
Strong marketing and advertising knowledge and with at least 5 years experience in marketing.
Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing strategies.
Experience in brand management and maintaining brand consistency.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and techniques is critical.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Flexibility and adaptability.
