- In field meetings with the client to maintain client relationships
- Plans and supervises day-to-day operations on site
- Ensures accurate and timely completion of employees" time sheets
- Ensures accurate and timely updating of rotation schedules
- Ensures that orientation and training records are fully completed
- Effectively plans and supervises crews on a task basis
- Participates with the Project Manager, Superintendent and Client in the development of the Project's operating procedures
- Ensures that Employees are well trained for assigned duties and for maintenance of effective records
- Identifies manpower requirements for the Project and make recommendations to the Superintendent and Project Manager
- Ensures adequate site-specific safety orientation and training has been completed before new employees start on their regular duties
- Conducts safety meetings on a regular basis
- Recommends equipment replacement, addition, deletion, modifications and ensure that required maintenance is completed
