About us
Bookeeping.ai is an AI bookkeeping SaaS, backed by Google for Startups and the NVIDIA Inception program. We're a small, fast-moving team and 100% of our users are in Canada and the US.
The role
We're hiring a friendly, organized Customer Success Rep to own our user relationships. Day to day, you'll:
Call and email our existing and new users
Build genuine rapport and keep relationships warm
Collect feedback and pass insights back to the team
Help users understand and pick the right plan and product
This is a relationship and people role, not a hard-sales role. If you like talking to people and helping them, you'll do well.
What we're looking for
Clear, warm communicator over phone and email
Neutral or North American English accent (all calls are with US/Canadian users)
Reliable, self-managing, and comfortable working solo
Fluent English, stable internet, and your own laptop + headset
Quiet space to take calls
Bonus (not required)
Past phone/calling, customer service, or sales experience
Comfort learning new software quickly (we'll train you on ours)
Logistics
$20 CAD/hr · up to 15 hrs/week
Work from anywhere except Asia (we need overlap with Americas time zones)
Canadians citizens & PRs are prioritized, You can work from anywhere, even from Mexico in the winters.
