Full time, 3-5 years’ experience. $42.00 p/h – 30/44 hours p/w, six days p/w. must be available for emergency calls. Responsibilities Include:
● Operation of hand and power tools, to include (but not limited to) temporary generators, ladders, table saws, routers and sanding equipment
● Erect and disassemble scaffolding
● Assist with demolition and debris disposal
● Experienced in preparing material take-offs and reading blueprints
● Set up and take down of poly containment and drop sheets to accommodate work
● Experienced in installation of insulation materials and vapour barrier
● Advanced experience in wood and steel stud framing application
● Advanced experience in finish carpentry skills including
• Removal of drywall and other non-hazardous building materials within property damage scenarios (fire damage, water damage, etc.)
• Manipulation of content, when necessary.
•Handle repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.

Post-secondary education in construction and/or related field.

Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to understand project requirements.
Supervise crews and oversee subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
