Do you own a Can Am Spyder/Ryker or Trike and would like to join a group? Weather permitting, we get together every second week (Wednesday or Thursday) starting in May to September. Kick stand is 6:00 pm from a selected location. We then ride together to a different direction each time and stop somewhere on route for coffee or ice cream and some chatting. We also ride every second weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and when possible to support different Charities. On the off season, we get together once a month to keep in touch and catch up. If you are interested you can contact me here or if you are on Facebook look us up, Kingston Spyder Ryders and ask to join. We have members from Trenton to Brockville and North to Portland, so join us and come have some fun. Ride safe this season :)

I go to the Goodlife Fitness on Stone Church and Upper Ottawa where I had a personal trainer for the past year and decided not to renew with my trainer but to workout on my own. So I'm looking for a female or male that would be interested in working out with me. I usually workout Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays about 10am. I'm also open to working out at any of the other Goodlife Fitness locations in Hamilton.
