Hello I would be wondering if anyone could help me to get a job in sarnia or nearby close biking distance. I am not the best with memory skill I just don't have much memory I find it extremely difficult. I have experience in construction labor but it's not on my resume because it was just a friend giving me a days work following orders I have landscaping experience I struggle with digging. My muscles arnt much I am able to lift 50lbs. I had a good job but got a heat stroke for a week long and had to quit. Plus the driver was not doing so good and I didn't want to get rides anymore I didn't feel safe. Most of my experience is in greenhouses a few times. If anyone needs a general labour to clean after a job I'd be happy to give it my all. Or a landscaping position would be a great help or another greenhouse job. We are seeking a part-time superintendent who has a flexible schedule to manage a 37 unit apartment building in downtown Peterborough. We are looking for someone who lives close to the downtown core or would like to live in. ~ 10 hours/week. We are looking for someone who is organized and is a handyman, able to assess the issues, do small repairs or contact contractors to resolve the issues. This person must be able to use a smartphone and software program to handle tickets and address them accordingly.
Management:
-Supervise cleaners to ensure a high level of cleanliness and identify areas for improvement
- Check exterior of building to collect refuse and debris, identify security and potential maintenance issues
- Check entire interior of building to identify security, tenant and potential maintenance issues
- Shovel snow and salt patio and points of egress as required to prevent slip and falls
- Arrange access and monitor performance of all contractors
- Perform all monthly, quarterly, annual fire checks and keep required records
- Diarize and obtain quotes for all annual inspections
- Learn camera system and ensure it is maintained
- Learn fob system and ensure it is updated and maintained
- Become familiar with property management software to communicate with tenants and use as an information resource
- Maintain all building records for elevator bookings, lockers, bike racks, parking transponders, etc.
- Handle tenant related issues, assess and provide recommendations and requests in a professional and courteous manner. Document as required.
- Scribe and post notices/signs to tenants and in buildingMaintenance:
