What You’ll Be Helping With:
• Lawn & garden maintenance
• Seasonal and ongoing property clean-ups (spring, fall, general upkeep)
• General repairs including:
– Minor plumbing
– Drywall
– Light electrical work
– Carpentry & painting

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
