OVERALL SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The incumbent will be the leasing, and marketing expert for all properties currently under management. S/He will be accountable to manage existing, and grow the property management business with our business development strategy. -Be an expert at using property management platform, Buildium.
-Make recommendations to improve templates, contracts, systems, automation.
-Deliver great customer service: regular follow up, fast same day replies, amazing showings, outstanding leasing experience, full leasing package preparation.
-Develop, prepare, and post marketing material (leasing ads, blogs, newsletters, flyers).

Principales responsabilités

• Conseiller et informer les invités;

BBCR is growing, and we are looking for an amazing person to join the BBCR family.
We are looking for a full time front end manager.
Responsibilities include making award winning coffee beverages for our customers, selling bags of coffee and helping to pack and ship e-commerce and wholesale orders.
Bilingual (English / French) is a must as it is a customer facing position in Gatineau.
Position pays between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour based on experience and abilities to do the job, plus tip share.
Hours are typically Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 PM, but there are times where special hours for events, etc are required. But in most cases the hours are steady.
We work in a mature, team based environment and any candidate should be open to learning all aspects of the business to help support each other.
Business is located on Pink Rd in Aylmer near Plateau. Buses are available at a fairly frequent basis if needed. Free parking available if you have a car.

Cette entreprise fondée depuis plusieurs années recherche actuellement un représentant externe plomberie pour entretenir et développer des relations avec les grossistes, les boutiques et les entrepreneurs plombiers. À titre de représentant externe en plomberie, vous aurez comme mandat d’entretenir vos clients existants (90%) et d’acquérir de la nouvelle clientèle (10%) sur le territoire d'Ottawa et Gatineau.
