Margenstein Realties, a family owned company, is presently in need of the following trades (or combinations if skilled):
- carpentry: the existing fences around a recently purchased property have collapsed and need to be restored. The existing veranda is only partially completed and requires cladding (looks like MDF panels that resemble wood slats) and finishing around the completed area. There is a staircase that requires a handrail that upon reaching the landing of the terrace turns into a railing that runs about 10 feet.
- drywall: there are two interior rooms where the lathe and plaster have been removed to the frames. Those walls need to be insulated, vapour barrier installed and drywalled (taped and sanded and paint ready). The attic may also be considered to be drywalled.
- interior paint: painting and wall prep for one large, two storey duplex and two other 3 bedroom units in another building.
- flooring: sanding and varathaning of existing hardwood and, in some areas, the installation of engineered, floating floors. Hardwood stairs need sanding and staining and varathaning.
- exterior yard work: clean, prep, re-seed and maintain the front and back of a duplex
