I'm disgustingly fat and need help losing weight.
The problem is I have agoraphobia and struggle to leave the house.....so joining a gym is tough for me.
I have no clue where to start, after almost a decade of being agoraphobic I find comfort in food (firmer alcoholic/smoker).
My body aches from the extra weight, I hate myself I feel like in a prison of my own body. I breath heavy just from sitting cause of all the fat in my neck and rhe extra chins I have now.
I need help, at least someone who could go to the gym with me as my safe person (someone I can trust who will be supportive if I have a panic attack or a moment of dysphoria.
I'm 5'3 220lbs
Ideally I'd like to see 150 but I'll be happy to be hbder 170.
My bday is August and I would be so happy to see myself ring in 43 not feeling like a disgusting whale.
Please let me know if you can help.
I'm open to go to the gym before work at 830 or after work a tune after 6pm.
Thank you!

Good evening, Despite in-person lessons are much better, I'm offering online sessions as well. Look forward to talking with you!
My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 7 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. (Drums taught by another teacher) We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sightreading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.
Each lesson will be 30 - 45 minutes with the option to have the lesson at your location/home. My rates are fair and negotiable. We all have our lives and circumstances going on; it's okay. Feel free to respond to this ad, call or text: 647-294-0493. (I'm quite busy, if you text the instrument you wish to learn, I'll call as soon as I'm available)
Thanks for reading, I hope we chat soon! "Music is the mediator between the spiritual and sensual life" - Ludwig Van Beethoven.

located in Tweed,we have 300 acres of bush land with a vast amount of trails for walking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing,Snow mobliling, ponds for family skating, tons of animal activity for photography, etc. In 2022 our farm was hit with a F2 Tornado that destroyed 200+ acres of our land and we have spent the last two years trying our best to rebuild our property back to our version of its original form all out of our own pocket. Our intentions before the storm was to make it a safe haven for families to do activities together and ultimately build cabins on it as well ( which will be happening this year). We currently do have a cabin available to rent for the night as well. So if you are looking for a rustic family getaway to enjoy the great outdoors and have some fun, please contact me and we can arrange a day or two to plan something out. We do have waivers/zero liability forms to fill out then you can go on your way to enjoying our property and hard work!

DRAWING ANIMAL PORTRAITS COURSE AT TRENT CONTINUING EDUCATION
FEBRUARY 1ST AT TRAILL COLLEGE
Have you always wanted to be able to create realistic drawings of animals, from your beloved pet to the beautiful birds that sit on your windowsill? In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of drawing realistic animal portraits. We will start by practicing some of the basics, including creating eyes, noses, mouths, beaks, ears, scales, fur, and feathers. As part of the process, we will look at shading and adding texture to really bring your image to life. In addition, we will discuss how to create a pleasing composition. Finally, you will draw an image using the techniques you learned. You can bring your own photo or use one of the designs provided by the instructor. And, by the end of the course, you will have drawn your very own complete animal portrait!
