A Call to New Earth
"Connecting Consciousness"Greetings My Friends of the Golden Way. If you are community bound, living fully in 5D, fully awake, aware, and activated, and fully committed to the spiritual, service-to-others life, Taralend, an Intentional Community in its infancy stage is looking for aware people to come see, stay and help build a new community. As founder and First Wave elder ascending starseed, I have been here for 4 years, off-grid, in yurt heaven, stewarding the beautiful land and the souls of our forest bright, spreading and anchoring light in this northern place of harsh realities and much trauma, working with ley lines, and dancing with our resident interdimensional and anciently wise Saquatch elders (called Sabe by our Anishnabe brothers and sisters).
The time of tearing down and dismantling, purging and purifying of the dark constructs, energies and forces draws to completion. Soon the time of rebuilding and 5D co-creation will be upon us. For that time our preparations now begin.

Camps will run from Monday-Friday with flexible drop off and pickup times! We have an early bird rate of $190 per week. This offer is valid until March 31.

My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. (Drums taught by another teacher) We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sightreading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.
Each lesson will be 30 - 45 minutes with the option to have the lesson at your location/home. My rates are fair and negotiable. We all have our lives and circumstances going on; it's okay. I am a 60 year old gal, I live in a self contained off grid Bunkie that I own.
On a very fixed income. Generally with the price of everything so out of control , I can no longer afford rent... even for just a room.
As a last gasp... I got the bunkie, and have been on someone else's property since last year.
I am looking for a new and safe location in Peterborough County
Perferably Lakefield, to Buckhorn, Curve Lake, and a large swath of the surrounding area. That said... I would seriously look at all options.
