Selling a unique biosphere round cabin. Concrete inside foundation, has been free standing for 32 years and is structurally sound. Just moved in a 12 x 24ft garage with just under 8 ft ceiling. The hunting in this area was s 2nd to none, moose, elk, deer, bear etc. also fishing is great, northern pike, walleye, perch, (brook trout in river beside subdivision), rainbow trout, white fish, suckers etc.
8 lakes within a 10 mile radius of cabin, Route 66 snowmobile trail passes right by subdivision. This lot is titled and 70 x 120 ft. This location has great potential for a seasonal cabin or full time living.
