Looking for a reliable handyman / maintenance person for apartment work from time to time.
Most of the work involves things like:
- drywall repairs and patching
- painting
- tiling
- general repairs
- cleanup and physical labor
- apartment turnovers and touch-ups
We already have licensed plumbers and electricians, so this is more general maintenance and renovation-style work.
Looking for someone dependable, reasonably skilled, and able to do clean work without needing everything to be absolutely perfection-level. Mainly someone who takes pride in what they do and can work independently.
This is not full-time employment, but there is steady work available throughout the year for the right person. Could be a great fit for someone looking to pick up extra projects and make some good side income.
