- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
- Estimate materials, labor costs, and timelines for carpentry projects.
- Plan and organize work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters to improve their skills and knowledge.Skills:
- Proficient in blueprint reading, construction estimating, quality control, and interpreting schematics.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of carpenters.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges on the job site.
