Basically brand new. Full queen mattress. 38 feet long, 7000lb dry weight. We bought it in 2019, lived in it for a couple months while building a house and its been winterized and stored since. Beautiful trailer, 3 tvs, we added one to the master bedroom. Only ever pulled it once to regina for a recall and to get winterized. Was rodent proofed, paint protected, and has full warranty extended to 10 years. The original sticker on this trailer was 60,000, before the extended warranties and protections. 1999 Winnebago 35c with the Ford v10 Triton gas motor with banks power. This RV is in excellent condition this rv is water tight with no leaks!! Ive replaced the main living area with luxury vynl plank flooring as well as in the bathroom area. There are two Air conditioning units on the roof and both work very well!! The refrigerator and freezer both work as well as a convection oven/microwave. There is also 3 burner gas cooktop with oven again all working. I've just replaced the solenoid for the slide out so that is working as it should do!! There are two two new front tires in 2018. New water heater in 2017. Two flat screen televisions as well as a dvd/VHS player. The awning is in great shape and is operated by a switch with a wind sensor which will automatically roll up awning if it's too windy. This RV needs to be seen to be fully appreciated!! Serious enquiries only no dreamers!!!

Are you going south and looking for a package? Here it is, 2007 GMC Sierra 2500hd hooked to a 2008 KZ 27ft 5th wheel with 2 slides in the back living room (which makes the living room very wide). Newer motor with 120 km, rebuilt transmission, The truck has 395km. It has the 6.0l gas which pulls great, Could use an exhaust manifold but thats all, tires are new last year.
The trailer is in great shape, the roof has been re sealed due to being 10 yrs old, the decals are fading, sleeps 6 and has an electric fireplace in the living room.Very seldom used still like new .
